This 31m² (340 sq ft) apartment with a floor area of ??48m² (490 sq ft) comprises, on the first level: an entrance hall, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom separate from the toilet, and a living area with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large corner terrace of over 12m² (130 sq ft) facing southwest.

Upstairs, there is a TV lounge with a sofa bed for two people, separated by a door from a bedroom with two single beds.

A baby crib is also available.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price.

A private parking space and a ski locker are available.

In summer, the multi-pass for 5 people is included and offered in the rental price.

Upon arrival, a €650 deposit will be required via credit card imprint.

Pets not allowed, non-smoking accommodation.
