Large and luxurious duplex ideal families 4 bedrooms 8/9 people, beautiful view on the Queyras (East side, the best at Risoul). 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 2 TV DVD, Bluetooth wall speaker, 2 balconies.

Direct access to the slopes: Pelinche ski lift sliding from the ski lockers; high position on the station, choice and easy access to other areas in the morning to start.
Return skis to the foot by sliding down to the entrance of the ski lockers.

Free parking nearby.

The entrance is spacious: coat hooks, shelves, access door to the 1st WC.

The dining-living room has a table for 8 people, a sofa bed for one person, kitchen area equipped with fridge, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. Large balcony under the roof (shade in summer, less snow in winter).

The TVs have a built-in DVD, DVD and Comics are made available for the enjoyment of the little ones and the tranquility of the big ones, thank you to leave them in the apartment for the following tenants.

A children's room with 2 bunk beds and access to the 1st bathroom with shower, washbasin, heated towel rail.
A large bedroom with 2 single beds that can come together to form a double bed. Dressing.

La localisation du logement est parfaite et les chambres conformes à l’annonce. Il manque des verres en suffisance et un petit congélateur-freezer. Logement à quitter pour 9h et non 11h comme annoncé.

Très bel appartement

Appartement bien situé, skis au pied. 2 chambres spacieuses pour les adultes, les lits superposés dans les petites chambres sont justes en taille pour des ados. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle. La table convient très bien pour 6 personnes mais pas pour 8. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour , la piscine et le SPA dans la résidence sont un plus.
