Apartment of 26 m2 for 6 persons fully renovated and well arranged in a residence on the 6th floor with elevator and terrace, beautiful views of the valley GUILLESTRE. Medical office on the ground floor of the building. Located 50 meters from the slopes with ski out and close to the resort center and its shops.
Possibility to benefit from a 25% discount on the rental of equipment in 4 stores in Risoul including one located on the edge of the slopes just down the residence.
Rental on weekends or 2 nights minimum only in mid season (weekend or 2 nights: 250 euros). Minimum 7 days rental during school holidays.

La commission que vous prenez est exagérée L’heure de départ de l’appartement n’est pas claire. Proprietaire 17 H 00 Agença 8 H 30 / 10 H 00 Annoncé 14 H 00 je crois Sur le frond de neige, nous sommes considérés comme des vaches à lait. Sinon le séjour était agréable, appartement de qualité et très propre.

Excellent séjour à Risoul

Logement très bien, propre et surtout idéalement placé. Le casier pour les skis est un plus. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Mitigé

Concernant le logement rien à dire, très propre, il ne manque rien, il y a même les produits d'entretiens, petit bémol attention il n'y a que des couchages simples c'est-à-dire pas de lit double pour les parents. Les hôtes ont été très réactifs et sympathiques et le personnel de l'agence également. De plus nous avons fortement apprécié de pouvoir récupérer les clefs plus tôt que prévu et d'avoir pû laisser les clefs de départ plus tard que prévu. L'expérience mitigée vient essentiellement du fait que nous ne nous attendions pas à être aussi dérangés par le vacarme fait par les jeunes jusqu'à 2-3 heures du matin. Le logement étant situé non loin du centre station, nous étions entourés par les immeubles pleins de jeunes faisant la fête. Heureusement que le coin montagne de l'appartement où dormaient nos enfants ne donnait pas côté rue et eux ont donc pu dormir. Donc pas forcément adapté si vous recherchez le calme... Dommage

Petit appartement très bien décoré, très fonctionnel en bas des pistes. La propriétaire se rend disponible pour d'éventuels renseignements. On a passé un super Week-end! à refaire
