Sunny villa with two large wooden terraces, a secure pool and a petanque, all surrounded by green space.
The villa is air conditioned.
The villa is located on a fully fenced plot.
It is close to the city center of Lège-Cap-Ferret and all its amenities. 5 minutes walk and we find the bakery, the supermarket, the market, the cultural events and festive regular.
The Ocean (beach of Grand Croot) and the Bassin (CLAOUEY or ARES) are about 8 kms (10 min by car). For cyclists, the ocean and the pool are accessible by pleasant bike paths in the pines, it takes about 20 minutes.
You will find all the equipment: sofas for drinks, small appliances and other utensils to make good meals, NESPRESSO coffee machine, INTERNET, TV, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker. washing machine, and so on :).
For the outdoors, take full advantage of the pool and deckchairs to bask in the sun, a garden table to enjoy your meals outdoors. The barbecue (WEBER) is at your disposal to make succulent grills:).
Everything is made to spend very pleasant and unforgettable moments.

Très bonnes vacances!!

Très belle maison bien située. Une piscine parfaite pendant les chaleurs. Des propriétaires sympathiques et accueillantes. Nous avons passé 2 très bonnes semaines!!

Magnifique maison au bord d’une rue malheureusement trop bruyante

La maison est totalement conforme à l’annonce et aux commentaires (grande, très propre et fonctionnelle). Les propriétaires gentils et discrets. 1 point noir qui a un peu gâché nos vacances : le bruit de la route très présent toute la journée. Si vous habitez en ville, louez les yeux fermés. Si vous vivez au calme, on ne recommande pas.

Toller Urlaub in schönem Haus

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern) haben in diesem schönen Haus tolle 10 Tage verbracht! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, äusserst sauber und bietet alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Das Haus hat zudem einen grossen Garten und einen Pool, den man abdecken kann. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und die Übergabe jeweils unkompliziert! Wir können dieses Haus weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Séjour très agréable !

Séjour de 2 semaines pour une famille de 6 personnes. Maison très agréable, récente, moderne avec tout le confort attendu. A l'intérieur : l'équipement, la clim, la place, la propreté. Tout est là, il ne manque de rien. Peut-être la fibre (pour assouvir les besoins numériques de 4 ados) mais qui devrait bientôt arriver. Quelques éléments de vaisselle supplémentaires auraient été les bienvenus pour 6 mais pas de quoi gâcher. A l'extérieur : la piscine, les transats en nombre, la douche, la double terrasse, l'espace pétanque/molki, les espaces verts, le barbecue, le garage à vélo, le parking très large, le portail. Là aussi, tout est à la hauteur. Quant aux propriétaires : très agréables, discrets et à disposition si besoin. Une découverte du bassin d'Arcachon et de ses environs faite dans les meilleures conditions !

Maison au top pour des vacances reposante

Très bon séjour passé dans cette maison neuve et super bien équipé. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un séjour super agréable (aspirateur, lave vaisselle, placards, transats, serviettes etc...). Si vous voulez regarder la télé pensez à prendre un ordinateur ou un smartphone avec une application spécifique car il y a pas d’antenne. Nous avons été avec un enfant de 10 mois et les propriétaires ont fait le nécessaire pour que nous ayons le matériel pour le petit (chaise haute et lit parapluie avec matelas). En revanche, pour les parents de petits bébés, pensez à prendre des portes bébé pour les balades ou des poussettes tout terrain. La maison est super bien situé et vous permet de vous rendre assez aisément sur bordeaux ou autour du bassin (attention aux bouchons) Bref un super séjour et merci encore aux proprio pour leurs dispo et leurs réponses rapides. Si on repasse dans la région, on louera cette maison à coup sûr ;) Marjorie Aaron et Maxime
