The upper part of a large country house has been completely restored in 2018. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen, a TV lounge, a laundry and private parking.
Located at the bottom of the track, the car is not necessary.
Lifts, shops and restaurants are on foot without having to cross the road.
The house is very bright and enjoys a beautiful view of the old village and the slope on the valley.
The very careful restoration in the spirit of old houses makes the house very comfortable thanks to the combination of beautiful materials and modern construction techniques.

Super place - great location

Absolutely loved this place, fantastic 2 minute walk to lifts, ski in if snow in town is good. Brilliantly huge showers in all the bathrooms, really clean, lovely fireplace and was really nice to have a huge family dining table. Would go back for sure

Great location and lovely well equipped property in a quiet area of resort. Very close to ski slopes and is possible to ski in and out although we used ski store at sport 2000.Kitchen well equipped and a great size. We found some fantastic restaurants and loved the resort.Great property with lots of space only niggle would be the heating, we struggled to get a good temprature in bedrooms either too cold or too hot.

This was one of the best chalets we have stayed in. Very spacious, pristine, warm, well equipped and comfortable, and also charmingly traditional, with lovely log fireplace. Its location is super - very convenient to walk to the great restaurants, Au Palet d'Or boulangerie and the main ski lifts. Skiset hire provides lockers for skis and boots, right by the lifts, so no need to carry home.

Séjour de 4 nuits entre amis : nous avons découvert ce grand chalet sur 3 niveaux, tres bien rénové et décoré. Confort garanti, de la place pour chacun. Bien équipé, selon le descriptif. Calme, pas de vis à vis direct. Le bruit de la riviere comme berceuse. Chauffage parfait, régulé à distance par le propriétaire si necessaire. Vous partez skis sur l'epaule pour 5 minute de marche jusqu'au "oeuf rouges" qui vous amènent à Ratier, et vous pouvez rentrer à ski si la neige est au RDV, ce qui fut notre cas. ... les voitures n'ont pas bougé ! Donc : merci pour ces bons moments !!

Un séjour de rêve

Un emplacement parfait au cœur du vieux village de chantemerle, pour profiter pleinement de la montagne été comme hiver. Une fois les contacts pris, un accueil sur place facile et très agréable. Le chalet a été superbement rénové, avec tout le confort et est très bien équipé. Nous avons regretté de le quitter. Nous espérons y revenir pour nos prochains séjours en montagne.

Perfection in Chantemerle!

We had a wonderful holiday. The Chalet is brilliant. Superbly renovated, loads of space for 8 people, great kitchen with everything you need to cook and a beautiful log fire. The location is ideal for a ski holiday. Easy walk to the boulangerie for fresh croissants in the morning, 5 minute walk to the Ratier ski lift, restaurants, shops and bars and ski straight to the front door when enough snow on the Briance. It couldn't be better. We hope to return very soon. Thank you very much for having us to stay. We would definitely recommend this chalet to others. Very happy guests!

Wonderful family ski holiday!

We had a great time at this wonderfully renovated 1788 home. It was a short walk to the restaurants, supermarket and gondola and you could ski right to the door. The rooms were all very comfortable and the kitchen and living areas roomy and airy. Much lovelier in person than in the pictures. We highly recommend!

Excellent chalet.

Overall this is an excellent choice. Lots of space. Reality is much better than what you can imagine through the pictures. All equipment’s are new & good quality. Back from the slopes, you can keep your skis on until you arrive at the chalet. The walk in the morning is < 5min to the lifts & ski schools. We definitely recommend.

Chalet magnifique, au calme, proche de toutes commodités. Grandes chambres, bien chauffé, belle déco. Encore mieux que sur les photos. Nous étions 9 personnes et recommandons vivement ce chalet !
