A perfect place to relax with family and friends! This is our "music home". You'll feel right at home in this updated 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths property with plenty of room with a 3-car garage and basement. Park-like back yard and pet friendly. We love pets and consider them as family members, but please make sure to include pet under pets and not as kids when booking. This home is about 5 minutes drive to Littleton Mineral light rail station. Close to Denver Tech Center. Easy access to downtown Denver, sport stadiums by light rail . Close enough to visit most popular places like Rocky Mountain National park and ski resorts and back in the same day. About 1.5 hours drive to Vail and Breckenridge. Close to Aspen Grove, light rail station, Red Rocks Amphitheater and restaurants. No hidden fees. Easy self check in and check out.

Great property with plenty of linens, pots and pans, etc. Host is available for anything you need. Beds are very comfortable. Loved the bbq grill and fenced yard for our small dog. Great neighborhood to take walks in and not far from grocery stores, costco, etc.

This is the second time staying in this home! Both times were perfect for what we needed. Great area for dogs with a nice big yard. We were able to have dinner with family that lives in the area at the home. We were able watch movies, play games and put together puzzles. The home is clean and Hannah is very responsive. This property was perfect for our needs. Location is great, in a nice neighborhood, close to the South Platte River for walking. Good location for access to Denver area. The house is spacious and very clean with everything you need and more. Kitchen was excellent. Three good sized bedrooms. Our dog loved the side yard. Grill and table for outside eating were very useful. Highly recommend.

My husband and I are new to VRBO. We have lived in Littleton since 1994 and have been living in this 130-home neighborhood since 2006. I am, by profession, a tax accountant, working for a local CPA firm. My husband is retired from 36 years in aerospace and works part-time as part-time handyman for this property. This property was originally purchased to house visiting family and friends in lieu of adding 2,000 sq. ft at our current home, but the project evolved into an experiment in short-term rental after remodeling and furnishing the home.

Why they chose this property

Many homes in our neighborhood was passed down through the generations. One of our dear neighbors didn't want to sell this home to a stranger, so he offered us the opportunity to purchase this home.
