*ALL BED LINENS ARE INCLUDED**Newly renovated, great space for 10 Adults & 1 child to sleep, dining & entertaining in this 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom main level & half bathroom on the second level, parking for 3 vehicles, full kitchen including dishwasher, washer & dryer. This is an excellent place for the family to gather to make memories as the kitchen, porch, deck & BBQ each has seating for 11. Family can WALK to the BEACH in 3 MINUTES!!! Our cottage has a mixture of sun & shade all day which is perfect for visitors sensitive to the sun.

Great cottage in Grand Bend

We had week stay that went too fast. The cottage had all the amenities you would need, and then some extras. Beds were comfy. Cottage was roomy. Deck was relaxing! Great time, thanks Dave!!!

Great location and lots of space

Dave was a great host. He met us at checkin to make sure we were comfortable. The cottage is large, clean, decorated to a beach theme and very spacious. It was a hot week so the window a/c units were a life saver. Amazing proximity to the beach and main strip.

We enjoyed the cottage proximity to the amazing beach and the fun town. The cottage was super comfortable and a good size for all our family to chill. The backyard was great to hang out after a sun filled day at the beach an expansive deck and lots of shade. The fire pit was great for memorial conversations and fun stories. Good time had by all.

I had an incredible first experience with Vrbo, staying at Big Deck Cottage in Grand Bend. The host's prompt and helpful communication made booking a breeze and assured me I made the right choice. Big Deck Cottage exceeded all expectations! It was spacious, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. With two families, including six teenagers, the home provided plenty of room for everyone to be together and to have their own space when needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to the stunning beach and the lively strip just a short walk away. We had an unforgettable vacation, and I can't recommend Big Deck Cottage enough.

Well appointed family cottage, great location

We are a family of 5 plus 2 grandparents that stayed here for 1 week with a few other family members dropping in to visit. LOTS of room for everyone to sit outside and chat. Deck is fantastic...really big! We also enjoyed the backyard fire pit to roast marshmallows at night. Kitchen has everything you need and rooms are comfortable. Everything was nice and clean and the living room/upstairs air conditioners were appreciated. Short walk to the beach! We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Grand bend vacation

Location of the cottage was great with a 5 min walk from the beach it was very clean and spacious. Dave the owner of the cottage was very friendly and informative and gave us a quick little tour of the cottage beforehand. Deck was a nice size for myself and my family as we enjoyed many bbqs out there! We strongly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a fun getaway at grand bend beach. We will def be rebooking for next summer for sure! Thanks again for an amazing cottage experience.

Great place, close to the beach

This is our second year staying at the property. We love it for the large back deck, the ability to sleep a lot of people and park up to 5 cars, and it is so close to the beach and the ‘strip’. There have been some structural changes and enhancements since we stayed last year (under previous ownership). Because of the ongoing renovations, most of the bedrooms were missing doors and there were no closets available. But I am sure those will all be rectified soon! Dave was there to greet us and very accommodating. We look forward to our stay again next year!

Just Like Home!

Our family of 5 adults and 4 children under 6 yrs, thoroughly enjoyed the amenities that the cottage offered and the nearness to the beach. It was great to have the bed linens and kitchen towels already there -- less items to remember to pack. Bathroom congestion was a challenge -- only 1 bathroom for 7 adults and 2 kids. If possible -- perhaps install a powder room upstairs for the middle-of-the-nigh natural calls. Overall, the owners were hospitable & accommodating We all highly recommend this cottage.

A week in the sun at the beach!!

Great family cottage close to the water and the town of Grand Bend. Lots to see and do. Beautiful sunsets and beachside entertainment. Looking forward to next year!!
