Cozy, and modern studio, Kudzu Cottage is conveniently located right outside and within walking distance of the historic, Greeneville downtown area and right off of Tennessee 11E. Located a ten-minute drive from Tusculum University. Less than twenty minutes from Interstate 81 and within driving distance of Bristol Motor Speedway and the Cherokee National Forest. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and all they have to offer are less than an hour-and-a-half away.

Comfortable and inviting with a brand new heating and cooling unit.

Cozy and Inviting Cottage

We're regulars at the Kudzu Cottage because it's such an inviting place to stay. It's very clean, and the host has provided everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, there's easy access to the main highway and anyplace you want to go in Greeneville. A and highly recommended!

Hello my name is Becky and I am the owner of Kudzu Cottage. I originally purchased this building to house the training center for my business, Trinity Computer Training (when you stay here, you will notice the sign for my business still in the yard). Most of my customers want me to assist them at their home or place of business, so instead of my house sitting empty most of the time, or selling it , I thought I would share it with you.

Why they chose this property

This property has been my project for the last thirteen years, I have enjoyed remodeling and decorating it. I am thankful for my family and friends help with the big projects. Kudzu Cottage still needs some work, but it is truly a gem. As you can see, the outside is not perfect yet. Enter through the blue front door and you will find it as lovely a place as your own home. This house is cozy and modern on the inside and I hope you find it as comfortable and peaceful, as I and my clients have found it to be. When you get here you may not want to leave. Now you can park on the new pavers that have been installed on the driveway and walk right in. No more gravel and weeds yay!

What makes this property unique

This house is right on the edge of downtown Greeneville, but in a quiet neighborhood. Most of the hustle and bustle is in another area of town, yet you are still within a walk or short driving distance of all the amenities that our little town has to offer. The home has been remodeled. It is also within ten minutes drive of Tusculum University and a one minute drive to the Niswonger Performing Arts Center (NPAC.)
