Stayed four nights in July 2023 on vacation. A small, tidy apartment with a small well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom - just enough for two. Perfect location right by the old town Antibes with a short walk to restaurants, marina, shops, grocery stores, or to pick up fresh bread/pastries from the bakery shop in the morning. Yet, very quiet and peaceful location: on a courtyard of an apartment building so shielded from the streets by the apartment building. Had to haul luggage from a few blocks away since the street (Bd d'Aguillon) was limited-access but that was not a problem for us. The closest beach (Plage de la Graveta) only a short walk away: a small beach, not quite as nice as some of the others a bit farther but was Ok. A friendly host. A bit of language barrier but we managed quite well.
The only thing that could use improvement in the apartment was the AC. It was not very powerfull so the apartment was a bit hot. The bed was up on a loft and thus the last place to cool down (usually by late night/early morning) so interfered a bit with our sleep. Apartment instructions also told the AC had to be switched off whenever leaving the apartment, allowing the apartment warm up again (makes little sense: marginal savings from letting the apartment heat up and then running AC at full blast, compared to keeping it running at a steady level)! We kept the window shutters closed 24/7 for the entire duration but that did not help much. Docked one star for this. Otherwise, would ch
