Close to beach. Quiet, nice pool people very friendly in the condo area. Would stay again rooms nice size for 2-3 people. Rub was very high to get in and out of could be a little problem for some. Kitchen well equipped. Enjoyed the stay.

Overall our stay was wonderful we had above average temps and lots of sunshine and time to just relax and enjoy. The few stairs turned out to be 14 but in all fairness we would choose the stairs and quire location rather than a larger,busier condo with elevators.

Location great- space needs work

Location was great. Great access to beach and bay with pool, however, this particular unit needs some attention. Front Door is almost broken, kitchen counter has some issues, toliet in master isn’t attached to floor, cracked tiles… etc etc. For the price and location, I guess these flaws can be overlooked. Super easy late arrival check in and email communication was very good as well.

Great unit!

Booked this unit literally last minute when another VRBO reservation fell short of expectations and we had to leave. The unit wasn't supposed to be rented due to the construction at the complex and on the building, but since we were already aware of this issue, the rental mgmt company allowed it. We're glad we did- this is a great unit for a couple! There is no beach view, but it does have a great deck overlooking the complex pool. There are 2 beaches for anyone at this complex- a private beach on the bay (which is as calm as a lake), and the gulf is just a super short walk across Fort Pickens Rd. The unit was clean upon arrival, although we had to question the choice of carpet throughout the unit..?? We would totally recommend this VRBO!

The only issue was we were not aware there was construction going on. There wasn’t any condo numbers because all the siding was gone so it was difficult to figure which Condo was ours. They were installing siding and new decking starting at 7am every morning. Hard to sleep in on vacation when they’re pounding on your bedroom wall. Other than that it was relaxing. I would stay again.

It was really hot and humid that week and the AC in the unit was AMAZING. For the most part, the unit was very comfortable. Living room seating could use some upgrades as the chairs really weren't very comfortable. So we just sat on the sofa. The unit could use some updates/upgrades. Given the price we paid, one might expect some higher end finishes. The height of the tub/show was crazy high. I've never seen a tub that high. It would be really nice to see that converted into a walk in shower.Would I stay there again. Sure I would. But I would shop around a bit to make sure I was getting the best value for my dollar.

We've stayed in this general area many times in the past and Love it. The location is right across the road from the beach, just cross the road and you are right at the beach. Absolutely LOVE this location and would recommend this general location on Ft. Pickens Rd to anyone looking for a vacation rental on Pensacola Beach. Check-in and out was easy and friendly.All appliances in unit worked, A/C worked well, flooring was clean. Has nice pool in case you don't want to swim in the ocean. The front porch had plenty of seating and lots of room to store beach stuff. A bit dark outside w/ no real lights for the evening but still a good area for some daytime relaxation. Wish there would have been a working outdoor shower to wash the beach off before going inside but the one by the pool and the one on the back of the property by the bay wasn't working when we went. The unit was noisy - I would assume due to the age of the units. We were glad we had brought some blankets & pillows for my kid to sleep w/ on the car ride down because we could not find a blanket for the pull-out bed and the pillows looked like repurposed civil war bandages when we went to put pillowcases on them. We did have to be careful w/ the shower curtain rod as it was held in place w/ a bar of soap between the wall and the end of the rod. When we got into the room that night after being on the beach we noticed that the bedroom sheets had hair and dirt on them and didn't look or smell clean. At this point, they were closed and the only thing available was the emergency-only line so we called first thing in the morning, and around lunch they had someone bring clean sheets out. The new sheets definitely smelled freshly laundered and were clean. When we went to make dinner that first night we also realized that the plates, cups, and silverware were put into the cabinets dirty as well so we ended up washing them again ourselves before we started cooking/eating.<

Great option

The property was clean and within walking distance to the beach. Bring a little cart out you have a lot to carry though. It’s far enough away from the mall n beach to avoid the crowds yet a short drive for dining out. If you stock up from the Publix, you could feesibly not drive all week. Have fun, we did.

I rely on reviews and several stated that this property is spotless. I prefer a newer condo but we booked our trip less than 60 days out so our options are limited. As long as it’s clean I can handle outdated. Surface level clean but overall dirty. If you moved anything it was gross. Baseboards and floors were nasty. No one has cleaned around the fridge in what looks like forever. Dishes in the cabinet weren’t clean. We washed & bought additional bedding from Walmart in Pensacola because we felt dirty. The sofa bed mattress needs replaced, only springs left. It really wouldn’t take much to make this property look a ton better. My husband and I are investors. Put $10k into it and make sure it’s cleaned properly and it would be fabulous!

Great place for quiet and close to beach

Checking in was great and simple. We did arrive and the carpet was very damp from I’m assuming to be wet-vac, it was a little weird to walk on.. it stayed damp almost until the next morning. We had a weird encounter with people that loved above and they asked to come in and spackle something two times (cause they thought they had a leak) in one day while we were there. It was a little uncomfortable. Overall, I would book here again if it was for just a couple of us, felt relaxing, and great distance to beach and inlet area. There was a playground just 5 min walk away for my 2 year old and weather was great!
