The property was amazing. The view, the cleanliness, the available pots, pans, etc. our only complaint is the lack of updates/communication about the check in process. No reminders of any kind prior to the stay, no communication of any kind actually besides the first initial email and payment receipts. In order to find out what time we would be able to get our keys we had to call the emergency number. The address on the site did not work, and we were given a poorly drawn map with our check in packet that got us lost. Again, our stay was great and we absolutely loved the place itself, but the property management company should seriously look into a better form of communication for their customers, as well as a better instruction system for location of properties, etc.
