Hot tub filter needs to be refreshed and the upstairs bathroom wouldn't drain well so friends quit using it because they would be standing in too much water. The house was beautiful and the property. Overall it was a great stay and a great place. There was great communication and effort to address the issues for us, as well.

We had family reunion and the bunk bed room was a big hit with the grand kids. They basically had their own space including TV lounge room. Hot tube, brand new grill and beautiful interior capped off a wonderful 3-day stay. Close to Banner Elk and Grandfather Mountain with safe suspension walking bridge provided outdoor activities. Highly recommend!!!!!
