Excellent place for a family reunion.Location was great. House was furnished well. The hot tub worked great and was a huge hit. Compared to similar places that sleep this many people the price was great. Would definitely rent again.

The accommodations were wonderful! It made our girls trip even more special. We all had our own rooms and beds and the added extra touches made it even more so. The views of the mountains and the outdoor space we spent lots of time enjoying as well!

Perfect!! Well stocked, clean, comfortable, cozy and so close to downtown Boone!! Loved the fire pit and hot tub!!There were 10 of us in town for my daughter's college graduation, and everyone raved about how wonderful the property was. I would definitely recommend this lovely home!!

We visited the first weekend in December. We were pleasantly surprised to find the house decorated for Christmas! The house was clean, ton of appliances, cooking supplies in the kitchen. It was a great stay!
