Hardwood floors throughout and modern appliances recently installed. There is a separate /detached converted space that you will see in the pictures that is air-conditioned and has a bathroom.
Davis Island has several family friendly dining options that are within walking distance along with bars and great entertainment.
Plenty of parking available behind the house and along the street. Street parking is along the house or in front of the house.
