A beautiful, big and spacious apartment, located in Isla Verde Beach Area, only 3 minutes walking distance from Isla Verde Beach, and many hotels, restaurants, bars, casinos, stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations, acuatic sports, and more.

This modern an completely remodel property has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 1 king size bed, closet, private bathroom, 50" TV, blackout courtains, futons, sliding doors and private wifi.

The second bedroom is very big. It has three queen size beds, 32" TV, a big mirror, closet, and 1 bathroom next to the entrance.

The apartment has a big and modern kitchen, completely equiped: oven, microwave, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, pots, pans and all you need.

The living room has a very big sofa.

The most attractive thing in this place is its terrace: a very spacious place, with a big bar, TV, and bbq, where you can cook grill foods and enjoy the sun and a fresh bath in the jacuzzi. Also it has some chairs and stools. It is a great place to enjoy and celebrate with your friends and family.

Not Too Great!!!

This owner has a communication problem(Don’t Respond to calls nor texts in timely manner). No accuracy of online listing(for example: upon booking we were promised to use the jacuzzi but when we arrived on location, it was all dirty and full of sands, never got to use it, just horrible(false advertising). One of the sofas in the apartment was already broken/damaged but we were still charged to fix it, this is just wrong, you can’t fix what you didn’t break even provided solid facts that the chair was not suitable but the owner didn’t agree with us and still went on and charged us, it’s like we were set up. I sure do know where I won’t stay next time i visit Puerto Rico, not here. I DON’T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BOOK THIS PLACE.
