Our cozy, fully renovated home is located in a vibrant, central (and lively) neighborhood. Just a short drive, about 10 minutes from the airport and 8 minutes from Isla Verde Beach, you’re perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of Puerto Rico.

Please note: There is a separate attached studio on the property that may be occupied by other guests. Each unit has its own private entrance and completely separate indoor spaces. The only shared area is the laundry, located at the back of the house and accessed through the uncovered patio.

Relax in the comfortable living area, unwind in cozy bedrooms, and enjoy a fully equipped kitchen.

Good location, big place!

This place was perfect for my friends and I (7 of us). The place was very clean and spacious. Communication with owner was also very good, which made everything easier for my group. There are good restaurants and a convenience store walking distance, which makes it a unique great find!
