Our colorful, lively 3 bed, 1 bathroom, 1 outdoor shower, solar powered house is located in the hip, artistic Santurce neighborhood; the heartbeat of the island. 4 AC Units including 1 in each bedroom. Less than a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to the BEACH (that's 1 mile away!), and less than 1 mile to the famous nightlife of La Placita, Calle Loiza, downtown Santurce, Ocean Park, Isla Verde & Old San Juan. These vibrant colorful streets are filled with local art, murals and historic buildings dating from the 1500s. Less than 10 minutes from airport SJU! We know you will enjoy our happy, colorful home on Isla del Encanto!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
*Grill outside is turned OFF & cleaned (if used)
*Clean all dirty dishes/utensils used and put away in appropriate labeled places
*Turn family room AC unit OFF
*Turn orange bedroom AC unit OFF
*All lights are turned OFF (including front porch chandelier & all 3 backyard lights: String lights & 2 black lamps located on house)
*Fill all ice trays & water pitcher in fridge
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
