Very nice and private apartment located just one block from the Ashford avenue, one more block of the most beautiful urban beach in Puerto Rico.
Master with a queen size bed and the second bedroom a full bed. One bathroom including towels, shampoo, etc.
Located at Washington St., San Juan, a lively neighborhood. Walking distance to the supermarket 24/7, hospital, pharmacy a variety of local and trendy restaurants, hotels, bars and very close to the airport and to Old San Juan.

Enjoy walking the peaceful area and sun in the mornings and then have fun visiting restaurants, pubs,etc. in Condado, Old San Juan, Isla Verde, Piñones.

Perfect apartment.

Very nice apartment! We enjoyed the stay! It was spotless from front to back, it smells clean. Air conditioning was very comfortable. Had everything a home should have from dishes to games. Owner was great to interact with. I will definitely rent again.

Great Location in Condado

We would highly recommend staying at 73 Calle Washington in Condado. The condo is very well appointed and Daniel is most helpful and timely with responses to questions. The location offers a number of very good restaurants, a supermarket, museums, beaches etc. all within walking distance. It was easy to get Uber rides to Old San Juan, which is only a 10-15 minute ride depending on traffic. One of our favorite VRBO rentals thus far.

Outstanding Property

The apartment lived up to all the previous excellent reviews. The unit is spotlessly cleaned and comfortably furnished with plenty of storage space. It truly felt like our home away from home. The property owners live across the hall and are available to answer questions and to provide help when needed. Getting to know Daniel and Jacqueline enhanced our experience. The location is excellent in a very nice neighborhood. Super Max, the neighborhood grocery store, is only two blocks away and it sells everything you may desire. There are many nearby restaurants and Daniel and Jacqueline will give you recommendations and directions. The beach is nearby and it is lovely with nice sand, palm trees, ocean breezes and not too many people. We can highly recommend this property based on cleanliness,security, location and friendliness of the hosts. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice spot

The property was cool. The owners were very nice and got back to us whenever we contacted them. While we were there, there was construction going on and the noise woke me up every morning. Also, there was a fishy smell that invaded the apartment whenever we showered. These obviously weren't the owners' fault. I wasn't happy with the wifi and TV situation. During our downtime we were unable to watch any TV as there wasn't any cable. That part wasn't bad but I couldn't stream anything on my phone because of the wifi. Daniel did try to fix it but it still never worked. If you want somewhere walking distance to the beach and close to the airport this is a decent spot. Thanks for the hospitality.

The apartment resulted to be identical as shown in the photos. Big, Perfect, relax, safe.

Daniel and Jacqueline are amazing. He got in touch with me to coordinate the check in at our convenience. They welcome us with homemade cookies in the refrigerator and a card. Nice detail from them. Apartment clean and fully furnished with quality utensils. Located in a residential area of the Condado, not around a hotel. Nice balcony, you can feel the ocean breeze, and nice view. The condominium has different kind of security fixtures around the place. Wifi, TV, air conditioning, comfortable beds, blower, iron, iron table also a battery lamp. Parking, you can walk around to the supermarket. Our stay was amazing not matter we were there for a surgery of my husband. It was like a short vacation for us. We were able to walk to the hospital, no need to move the car. You can see people walking around the area, but it was not noisy. If you want to stay in the Condado area, this is the place you should rent. There is a lot of places that you can visit in Puerto Rico, nice food and friendly people. We met Daniel when we were living and I asked him if the apartment was going to be available next week, we wanted to stay during the days that my husband has to return to a post surgery exam. So sad that apartment was not available.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment. From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. We arrived very late and the owners made the check-in process very easy for us. They were so friendly and provided suggestions for restaurants and beaches in the area. Our favorite place in Condado

We have stayed in this apartment at least four times which is a good indication of how much we like the place. The host Daniel is a great, hospitable host and the neighbor is safe and you can find everything walking distance, from grocery store to good restaurants, beach and even a hospital. We just love it!
