Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
TURN OFF ALL AIR CONDITIONS
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$50 for every additional guest per night. *The keys most be place in the box when you leave. If you loose them, $150 for the cost of a locksmith.
Do not take the bath towels outside the property, there are beach towels for that purpose, do not stain the towels, $25 charge for every towel damage.
The garbage must be taken out in front of the property beside the pole. *No smoking in the property, . There will be a $200 fine for cleaning purpose.

This location was absolutely perfect for me and my family Its literally 13min from the airport, 12 min away from watersport activities like surfing, snorkeling, buggy boarding, etc! So clean, exactly as pictured, AC units throughout. Literally close to SOOO many restaurants. Plz keep this listed, my next trip to PR I will be looking for this location!!! Also, great quiet neighborhood, which was surprising being located on a main street. Thank you again.

Jose was a great host. Had no problems communicating with him. Location was centrally located with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and two malls.that were 15 minutes away. Small front balcony and much larger one for outdoor dining, playing games or entertaining guests. Parking area out front was very convenient.

The home was nice and was pretty secure. the only thing is, there was only one bathroom so that was a bit of a hassle but we did mange. For the most part this was a lovely home, I would definitely recommend for a short term stay in PR.

Good location,was as advertised and the outdoor seating area was great. 15 minutes from the beach and old San Juan. The place could have been cleaner, some sheets did not appear clean and the shower needs to be cleaned. Shower mat was dirty and shower head needs to be replaced.Overall we had a really good time, thank you Jose.
