Beautiful Loft, walking distance to the beach, Old San Juan & Condado

If you want to experience San Juan this is the place to stay!

Lovely apartment, well located, with an amazing view to the San Juan Bay Marina, small regional airport, Convention Center, Condado lagoon and Miramar area. You can watch Cruises arriving and departing, it's a beautiful experience!

Appropriate for business, couple retreat and small families.

The loft is fully equipped with three TVs, cable tv, free wi-fi, washer and dryer, all kitchen accessories, cooking hardware, central air conditioning, towels and bedding sets.

There is one King Bed, one Queen sofa bed, one small Futon, and a Queen air mattress with integrated air pump. Please be aware that the 5th guests will be sleeping in a twin size futon.

There is a reception service at the lobby, 24 hours, 7 days a week, with private access and two parking spaces.

For your safety there are cameras in entrance, lobby areas, elevators and parking spaces.

It is five minutes walking to the Escambrón Beach, nice area for everybody to get in one of our warm beaches, and La Ocho beach, ideal for surfing (beach chairs, beach towels and cooler available).

1.3 miles walking to the historic area of Old San Juan passing thru El Capitolio (house of laws) by the recently inaugurated "Paseo de Puerta de Tierra" with a wonderful ocean view .

One mile walking to the Condado Area passing thru the Parque Luis Muñoz Rivera, beautiful park, and Paseo Caribe where you can find some restaurants as Fogo de Chao, and El Mercado (where they offered free live music friday's evenings) and stores. You will also be close to the Caribe Hilton Hotel.

It's few steps from a Mexican Restaurant (El Charro), a carry out pizzeria, great Pizza!, a caribbean food restaurant (Armonia), chinese cuisine (Cathay), and the most famous hamburger icon in Puerto Rico, "EL HAMBURGUER". Also there are 3 convenient stores by the gas stations nearby.

The building has so much potential but it’s in bad shape. I almost cancelled my booking just based on the lobby and front of the building. They made me take a picture at check in, I was not happy about that. But I was happy when I saw the room. Good view, classy furniture, good art. Place was really close to the beach. Good stay, although the bedroom AC did not work, it never got lower than 80 so we slept on the couch. Good couch tho.

Beautiful Place

Place was beautiful and clean, just like the pictures! A few nice restaurants nearby and not far from old San Jaun. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, clean, modern in great convenient location

Apartment is fully equipped, beautifully decorated modern and clean in one of the best luxury buildings in San Juan. Good parking space and very convenient location. Excellent stay, would definitely recommend!

The pictures made me skeptical, I thought possibly it was "to good to be true" but it was exactly like the pictures. Check in and out was smooth and great location.

Amazing Views!!!

The place was Amazing, the pictures simply do not do it justice. This is the type of place you just have to experience in person. The host was responsive and very attentive, always making sure that all was going smoothly. Would totally recommend and cannot wait to GO BACK!!!

A Lovely Stay

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. It was clean, quite, and had lovely views. Checking in and out was relatively easy. The only thing that could have been better was if Dashers and UberEats employees could be allowed to go up to leave our food at the door. Sometimes they weren’t. But everything went smoothly! The place was everything we hoped.

Not what we thought we were getting

I don't know that the pictures really showed that this is really a studio with a glass "wall" and a door that doesn't close for the bedroom. The location is kind of sketchy- wouldn't walk around after dark and the only thing close is the beach. The second bed was just a futon sort of thing. Apple TV is really old and had to be reset multiple times. The detergent and soap were our when we arrived, so we had to pick some up. Overall, the nicest thing I can say about this place is it was clean.

Great place, great location!

The apartment was very clean and large with beautiful views. It was exactly as described and more. The apartment provided everything needed for our stay. Beach chairs and a cooler were particularly useful for a nearby beach visit. My 11-year-old son and I stayed in the apartment as my husband couldn't join the trip. We felt very safe staying here. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth, and the staff at the concierge is very friendly and helpful. The owner communicated with me to answer all the questions we had on a timely manner, and Mare was extremely helpful during the stay. The location was perfect as it is a working distance to the beach, a couple of restaurants, and gas station for basic snacks etc. It was also great to have the parking space as we explored other parts of PR outside of San Juan. We mostly took Uber to go to Old San Juan as it is very cheap and didn't have to worry about parking there. If it is not too hot, it is a nice walk along the ocean. We will definitely come back here and recommend to anyone who visit San Juan.

Host scammed us and also made repeated racist slurs!

This experience was extremely disappointing and infuriating. VRBO should have done a better job vetting this host before allowing her to rent out her property. I understand that the hosts need to protect their properties, but they also need to be held accountable for their actions and words when dealing with guests. First of all, it is completely unacceptable for any host or property owner and the property manager to make racist remarks towards guests in order to justify withholding money from deposits. This not only shows an extreme lack of respect on behalf of the host, but it also puts other potential customers at risk. My experience with this particular rental was incredibly unpleasant. The property manager made several false accusations and uncalled for racist language when I asked her why she had not returned my deposit. For example, she falsely accused us of not flushing the toilet and clogging the toilet. We have kids and *maybe* one of them forgot to flush on his way out. The kids denied doing forgetting to flush the toilet, but but I will give the Property Manager that benefit of doubt. But for sure we did not clog the toilet. And not flushing a toilet does not allow anyone to make racist slurs on you. Her other fasle accusations were stains on the pots. They were already there. We barely used the pots. She accused us of 'staining' the tiles. Again no proof other than a picture of some sand on the floor. She essentially accused us of things that were already there or were not existent. Note that she already charged a cleaning fee. She was not charging an additional fee for cleaning by making up things which did not exist. When I mentioned that to her, she justified this by falsely accusing us of creating 'extreme conditions'. Each time I would ask her for proof, she kept adding more meaningless accusations and racist remarks. I would highly discourage anyone from renting from this host, and definitely not interacting with her Property Manager.

The condo was conveniently located to areas we planned to visit. We had nice views of cruise ships at port and watched the arrival and departures of commercial flights from smaller airport across from Atlantis. While primary bedroom bed was comfortable, we were surprised to know it was only 12" from floor. We are in our 70s and both have knee issues so we master the ole "drop and roll" technique to get into bed. Getting upwas a whole other technique. We managed and slept well on comfortable mattress.Suggest additional hand cloths (only 2) and hand towels (1) be provided for future guests. There were 3 of us. Plenty of nice bath towels and beach towels. We supplemented with paper towels as needed.Another suggestion would be to have several bottles of water and full coffee supplies stocked in kitchen. We arrived late in afternoon and did not have our bearings as to where to go buy these provisions. The coffee grounds in canister did not seem to be fresh and there was no type of creamer product available. Just a few little things that enhance guest arrival to your vacation home after a long day's travel to PR. Concierge staff were very helpful and courteous. Very nice condo

We enjoyed the surrounding neighborhood,it was a pleasure to use the beach towels and chairs. The tenant seemed very pleasant and nice when we encountered them. The concierge was always helpful.

Modern, clean, beautiful and quiet property

We loved our stay! Beautiful condo and walking distance to the beach. We stayed for New Years Eve and the views of fireworks all around were EPIC, absolutely amazing. Parking was easy and the kitchen was well equipped. There weren’t a lot of restaurants close by but everything is a 5-10 Uber away. There were great beds for our family of 4.

Birthday vacation

Rent the property for birthday vacation. It was great stay in Puerto Rico. The apartment is in few minutes from one of the best beach of Puerto Rico and just about 40 minutes by walk from Old Town. The stay was great!

Amazing

We really enjoyed the condo, it was a beautiful place to stay. Great View and quick drive to Old San Juan which we went to every day. Also, It was a quick walk to the beach and they even provided a cooler, cart and chairs. Next time we go to PR we will stay there again!

Perfect location in Old San Juan

Great location. Minutes from Old San Juan and nice public beach area. 15 minutes from the airport. Nice parking garage to park your rental car. Very comfortable and clean. Excellent views of the port of San Juan. Good security, felt very safe. Master bed was very comfortable. Best sleep I had since we left home. Communication with the Owner was excellent, made us feel welcomed. Thank you!

Just as Advertised

We arrived and were pleased with everything. The apartment is ultra modern and the 3 TVs offer extra entertainment with Cable and Apple TV. The view out the windows is constantly changing at and around the bay. We found the bay activity entertaining. We rented a car and had secure covered parking. This location is central to most locations. The AC was a little techi to operate. We would return. Communication with the host was excellent.

Beautiful Condo

The place was clean and very nice. We walked most places and Ubered to a few if too far. The air conditioning in the bedroom was very loud and ran all night which was our only complaint. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

Beautiful condo

Super clean hi-rise condo in a great location. It was neat to be away from the hotel-sy feel of Condado and the cruise ship takeovers of Old San Juan, while still being a pleasant walk to each for adventures and nightlife. Host was responsive and helpful with a minor check-in issue. Really great new up-and-coming restaurant right around the corner - La Chefi - and fantastic burger place - La Hambuguer - one block the other way. Also within 2-3 min, an excellent wine shop with tastings and special events, a make your own pottery place, and THE best coffee stand 30 seconds from our favorite beach. Great to be among local crowds this trip. Puerto Ricans are the friendliest, warmest people! So good to be able to support them as they continue rebuilding from the hurricanes and pandemic.

Great location - use the scooters!!!!

Nice apartment located midway between Old San Juan and Condado. Very secure. We are both in our 50s and used the rental scooters to get everywhere! Having almost full windows facing south and west was awesome! One note to make. The bed is a single mattress on the floor. While incredibly comfortable, I can easily see where it could be a problem if you have mobility issues. Ot
