We had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect-just minutes from the freeway, which made getting around the island incredibly easy. One of the things we appreciated most was that the host provided beach essentials, which made our beach days so much more convenient and enjoyable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

This is a very family friendly house that is quite spacious. I stayed here with a friend and two teen age children. The pictures online are accurate. The kitchen is large and contains ample cooking supplies. There are also beach towels, chairs and water toys. The location is close to the airport, shopping and restaurants. We had a few questions after we moved in and the host replied immediately. I highly recommend this house.

We had a wonderful Puerto Rico adventure! Family of four with 14yrs old and 17yrs old boys. The house was so nice! It was just as described. Check-in was easy. It was spacious and comfortable. It felt like home. It provided a great place to rest between activities. Everything except El Yunque was really close. But El Yunque was only about 55 minutes away. A very easy drive. Escambron Beach is close. Old San Juan is close. We booked a Tarpon fishing charter with Francisco of PB & T fishing charters. We had a blast catching big Tarpon!! This house was home base for a great trip! It did not disappoint us!! We loved it! Thanks again.

Alanis was the bomb! The house was very nice and clean. The rooms felt bigger in real life than the pictures which was great! Alanis was very quick to respond to any questions I had! Totally awesome! It was close to every place we wanted to go to.

The host was great! We also loved the home and the close proximity to the airport and lots of places! The only issues were the roosters in the neighborhood! They woke us up early and we had never had close proximity to them. We didn’t realize how common they were there!

Perfect Location & Stay

I had a delightful stay in a wonderfully convenient location. It was approximately 20 minutes from Old San Juan, 15 minutes from the beach, an hour from Luquillo in the East, and two hours from Aguadilla Beach in West. The location was ideal for a 3- to 5-day trip exploring the northern part of Puerto Rico. The host and the home were absolutely perfect, exceeding expectations. I was completely satisfied with the host's communication and would undoubtedly stay again if visiting Puerto Rico with family and friends. 🥰

Close to everything you may need, just 3 minutes from the mall where you can find restaurants, cinema, Costco, Walmart, and much more. 12 minutes from the Isla Verde beach. 20 minutes from Old San Juan.
