Welcome to our Real Beachfront Villa. Enjoy a relax vacation enjoying the sound of the waves and the smell of the beach. Perfect accommodations for a family vacation or a gateway. Beautiful beachfront apartment with direct access to the beach and common areas with pool, gazebo and playground for kids. Relax and enjoy the ride.

The Property is fully equipped. All bedrooms and common areas have ceiling fans and Air Conditioning. Each room has a Smart TV with Hi Speed Internet as well as the living room which also has cable TV. The complex has a beautiful clean and well maintained pool which has two pools for adults and two for kids. We provide every essential to make your stay unforgettable.

Great Location! 32 minutes away from the airport, 45 minutes from Old San Juan, 30 minutes from El Yunque, 60 minutes from the Ferry to Vieques and Culebra, 29 minutes from Hacienda Carabali (horseback riding, very nice!), 14 minutes from Walmart Super Center, 15 minutes from a Shopping Mall, Food Court and an indoor carting track ! Can't get any better. As one of our guests said "just off the beaten path, but close enough to everything to be convenient". Just a short drive away are many restaurants and local "street food" vendors that offer local flair to simply kick back and relax. This will be your perfect stay! Promise!!!

The apartment is within a gated community with security guard. I recommend renting a car. We have two assign parking available.

First the best part of the trip was dealing with Sandra. She was always there if we had any questions. We stayed for 3 weeks and everything in the unit was great and very clean. It had everything we needed. Air was great in all rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Patio was great watching the beach and the Iguanas. The beach chairs, coolers and beach towels were a plus. Looking forward to our next trip back and it will definitely be longer.

Great for families! Beach is very close, swimmable but not good for snorkeling. Waves can get pretty strong and is windy most the time. Beach is almost private.. minimal people visiting on any day, we loved this! Great for shelling and walking the beach. Pools were so nice and close for the kiddos to play in! The whole property is far off the main road and very safe. The condo was nice on first floor with a walkout and parking very close. Place was clean, had all we needed to cook for ourselves and many extras like toiletries was a nice touch. The only downside was the strong urine smell from the two beds that was not the king one. And the beds were a bit hard but other than that nice and clean place. Overall, I’d recommend for small families and a rental car is a must.

We had a wonderful stay at Sandra's property! Aside from a tiny issue with some ants in the kitchen, the property was clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the beach toys and towels! The A/C was great and the washer/dryer were so nice to have. The access to the beach and the pool are so easy, which our teens especially loved!

Peaceful and quiet place

Everything was perfect. The apartment had everything you need and the best part is the proximity to the beach which was on a different level itself. The beach was almost private with no people. It was great. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. You definitely need a car to stay there. It’s not that far from San Juan either - about 30 min drive. I’ll be recommending the place to everyone. Perfect stay for relaxing and resting

Beautiful place

The place is beautiful. I would recommend to friends and family. I will go back to this to this beautiful home. I will rent from her again, I first was lost because it was my first time in the island but communication with her was the best The beach is about 5 yards from the patio.Thank you had a blast.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach. The ocean was a bit rough but we still had a great time relaxing on our very own beach. T master bathroom is a tight squeeze but all accommodations are comfortable and clean.

Location location location!!

We love Malibu Beach resort we’ve stayed there several times this particular unit was beachfront and gorgeous. The host has it very well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots,pans pretty much anything you can ask for.. bbq grill outside with beach chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles and a cooler. There were 6 of us in this unit and plenty of space for all of us. This location is very close to the national forest, kiosks, and the ferry.

Awesome Place

We are all military, Army and Navy and came here to celebrate one of our Navy spouse birthday and we had a blast. The Vrbo was excellent, clean, big, with everything we needed to feel like home. I don’t think we could have found a better place. We recommend this Vrbo 100%. V/r SFC Ramos
