Welcome to our Happy Place. Enjoy a relax vacation enjoying the sound of the waves and the smell of the beach. Perfect accommodations for a family vacation or a gateway. Beautiful beachfront apartment with direct access to the beach and common areas with pool, gazebo and playground for kids

Our property is equipped with ceiling fans, air conditioning in the family/dining room and the 3 bedrooms, smart tv in family the room, master bedroom and 2nd room, hi-speed internet and cable tv. The kitchen is fully equipped, washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron, water heater and we provide bath towels, beach towels, linens, beach chairs, floaters cooler, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, trash can bags, laundry detergent and dish soap

Great Location! 32 minutes away from the airport, 45 minutes from Old San Juan, 30 minutes from El Yunque, 60 minutes from the Ferry to Vieques and Culebra, 29 minutes from Hacienda Carabali (horseback riding, very nice!), 14 minutes from Walmart Super Center, 15 minutes from a Shopping Mall, Food Court and an indoor carting track ! Can't get any better. As one of our guests said "just off the beaten path, but close enough to everything to be convenient". Just a short drive away are many restaurants and local "street food" vendors that offer local flair to simply kick back and relax. This will be your perfect stay! Promise!!!

I will always be available during your stay and will make your vacations unforgettable. We offer, as an additional service, grocery delivery. Just place the order online and I will make sure that the groceries will be at the property in place, fresh and cold drinks!!! If interested let me know and I will send the instructions to place the order.

The apartment is within a gated community with security guard. I recommend renting a car.

Peaceful

We took a family vacation to disconnect and be present. Everything we could have needed and more was here. The beach is right off the property and was pristine. It was so quiet at the complex, and it was just what we needed. Everything was clean, check in was easy, and host is quick to respond!
Water was clear and calm, even when storms were coming in!

Amazing condo with private beach access

We stayed at this condo over the Christmas holiday and absolutely loved the location and accommodations. The private beach and pool were highlights for the family. Neither were ever crowded. The property was hard to find with the address listed on VRBO, but we just searched for "Malibu Beachfront Condos" in Google Maps and it took us right there. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place

Our stay was wonderful. The place had a beautiful view of the ocean. The pools were also great. The inside was very spacious and well kept. Everything was as described. We had a great week here.

First Visit to Puerto Rico

Staying in Malibu Beachfront Condos in Loíza was the best area we could have chosen to see the entire Island of Puerto Rico and Veiques. But after seeing most of Puerto Rico we could not have been more satisfied with the choice of staying in Loíza. It has the best of beaches, pool, attractions, stores, and restaurants. We will definitely come back.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay

We had the best time staying at the condo! There was a problem at the very beginning with the lock being broken but Sandra was quick to respond and take care of the issue. We had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable. The condo was clean and inviting. We loved the balcony and spent many hours out there. I would absolutely recommend staying in this property! The beach was private and perfect.

Relaxing and right on the beach oasis.

Sandra is simply a wonderful host and her place is just awesome. Located on the beach and in a safe and gated community. Her condo is equipped with everything we could possibly need and more including the softest most plush towels I've ever encountered. There is a patio with a grill, ample supply of beach goodies including skim boards and there's even a dart board for more fun. Huge movie selection, smart TVs, air conditioning in every room and the main courtyard hosts 3 pools. We really enjoyed our time here and can't wait to return. Thanks again Sandra for another excellent stay. :-)

Very nice condo complex

This condo unit is very nice; it's been updated since the photos were taken. Sandra is a great manager and responded quickly to a couple issues we had. The complex is great and well cared for. Beautiful pool(s). The beach is nice; but the waves are strong. Luquillo Beach 1/2 hour away is much better for swimming. The location of the condo is good for getting to the Rain Forest, Old San Juan and other attractions in PR. We felt completely safe in the surrounding neighborhood. But it is an area that is still recovering from the hurricane. There are not a lot of restaurants choices close by, and the ones that are open have limited days/hours. Walmart is nearby and there's a nice supermarket next to Rosa's Pizza, which is the only restaurant we found that was open all week.

We enjoyed staying at this place.

The apartment is in a gated community. We felt safe living there. The apartment was clean and good maintained. It has a full kitchen, which were very handy. It has an ocean view and the beach is 3 min away from your door. When we were there the sea was wavy and we did not swim there, we used a nice pool or drive 15 min to the Playa Vacia Talega beach. Location is convenient, 30-40 min to San Juan, 10 min to stores and gas stations. Beach chairs, an umbrella. beach towels, teo coolers were provided by the host. Communication with the host was easy and she responded very quick on all our questions or needs. Thank you! We recommend the place.

Difficulty with check in and cleanliness

We had some issues with our stay, but host was great and made it right. First off, address in VRBO app was incorrect and took us to a location 5 minutes from the actual condo. Then when we got there we did not have check in information or a code for the door. She initially did not answer my phone call but she called back quickly and gave us check in code. Unfortunately, however, the condo had not been cleaned from prior renters. She had another nearly identical condo on property that was clean and not in use and we used that condo instead.

April getaway

The condo was great, clean, and very up to date. Looked like it was newly remodeled. We could not get the gate open with the key pad. We were lucky the security person was around the gate, and opened it for us. Not sure why it did not open. Once we got into the complex, just used the remote door opener to open the gate. Beach was nice at the complex. Pool area was nice, but the pool was not very clean. Some of the owners of the other condos were cleaning the pool themselves and complaining about the lack of help to clean the pool. (1 of the 3 pools was even turning green) Overall I would definitely come back to the complex, and would not hesitate to try and rent this condo again. Thank you for the use of your place, it was very nice.

Good for families

Overall this property is nice. It is clean (bathrooms were a little dirty, but im picky) beds are nice and the AC works well. I would warn that the back porch is full of mosquitoes! We were eaten alive the first night. Went to walmart and purchased every mosquito repellent available. It helped, but we avoided the back deck for the most part.i woild definitely recommend repellent anytime you go outside.The power went out twice, but that is expected in Puerto Rico. The water went out for a day at no fault of the owner, but it really sucked. The water pump is super loud, so doing anything with water is loud!The beach is beautiful and the town is centrally located to most tourist attractions and places like Walmart. The pool is awesome for little kids, but teenagers get board fast. I would recommend this place.

Beautiful property

The only difficulty we had was on the first night trying to check in and locate the property. Google maps took us to the wrong location. Once we were able to get to the correct location, we loved the condominium and everything was beautiful!

Great vacay!

This community was a great place to stay. It is gated and safe. It is central to all the main activities, San Juan, ferry to Culebra, and El Yunque rain forest. Be aware there will be driving!! If you stay in Luquillo, you will be closer to the ferry and rain forest but farther from San Juan. I recommend figuring out what you are most interested in before you select a place to stay. Best food options are in San Juan.

Perfect spot for our family!

We loved being right on the beach and the kids loved being steps away from the pool. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5- plenty of space for us to be comfortable. Can’t wait to come back!

Beach and pool and sun.

Excellent place. The beach is literally a sixty second walk away. The pool if the sand is not your thing is sixty seconds the other way. Absolutely a wonderful place to stay.

Amazing

My family and I loved this place! It was my nieces’ 1st time in PR and they will never forget it! Waking up to hear and see the ocean everyone morning was a life changing experience for them. Must stay! Will be back again for sure!

Pros. El apartamento tiene una vista hermosa. Super comodo. Siempre hay una persona acargo dando rondas. La piscina siempre estuvo disponible aun de noche. La locacion es perfecta aunque el area de Loiza tiene fama de ser peligrosa, nunca tuve un incidente en el area. Los outles y negocios estan a 15 minutos lo cual es muy conveniente. Contras, Algunas cosas en el balcon estan un poco corroidas por el salitre y no se le puede dar uso. En general si vas de vacaciones a Pr necesitas saber que la luz se va y el agua tambien. El apartamento tiene un buen sistema para recolectar agua.

I'd return

Rare property that is better than pictures. Pictures are quite accurate, but there were a few newer touches that made it better. Penny of towels, a few left over bottles of sunscreen, aloe, etc were nice to have around. Clean unit with obvious ownership pride in cleanliness and upkeep. Rental and check in were straight forward complete, I didn't feel the need to contact the host - thank you. I'm a single parent traveling with 2 elementary school age kids and there were board games, beach/pool stuff to help entertain. Neighborhood, complex, and beach were welcoming and I never felt unsafe. I forgot to download offline maps and I arrived late in the rain and still had no trouble finding the condo and getting in. Yes, it's a little off the beaten path, but that's what I was looking for. Multiple grocery options and a few neighborhood eateries - legit good pizza worth checking out 1/2 mile away. I'd return.
