Welcome to our Happy Place. Enjoy a relax vacation enjoying the sound of the waves and the smell of the beach. Perfect accommodations for a family vacation or a gateway. Beautiful beachfront apartment with direct access to the beach and common areas with pool, gazebo and playground for kids

Our property is equipped with ceiling fans, air conditioning in the family/dining room and the 3 bedrooms, smart tv in family the room, master bedroom and 2nd room, hi-speed internet and cable tv. The kitchen is fully equipped, washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron, water heater and we provide bath towels, beach towels, linens, beach chairs, floaters cooler, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, trash can bags, laundry detergent and dish soap

Great Location! 32 minutes away from the airport, 45 minutes from Old San Juan, 30 minutes from El Yunque, 60 minutes from the Ferry to Vieques and Culebra, 29 minutes from Hacienda Carabali (horseback riding, very nice!), 14 minutes from Walmart Super Center, 15 minutes from a Shopping Mall, Food Court and an indoor carting track ! Can't get any better. As one of our guests said "just off the beaten path, but close enough to everything to be convenient". Just a short drive away are many restaurants and local "street food" vendors that offer local flair to simply kick back and relax. This will be your perfect stay! Promise!!!

I will always be available during your stay and will make your vacations unforgettable. We offer, as an additional service, grocery delivery. Just place the order online and I will make sure that the groceries will be at the property in place, fresh and cold drinks!!! If interested let me know and I will send the instructions to place the order.

The apartment is within a gated community with security guard. I recommend renting a car.

Sandra was a great communicator. The house was very clean and comfortable. The beach was so close that we could hear the waves from the bedroom - wonderful! We enjoyed the large porch. Beach chairs, towels, etc were supplied; laundry machines were great, and the kitchen was well-stocked. It would be nice to have more than one key to the beach gate. Our group had to pass it around and yell for each other to open the gate. Only other issue was that we never figured out how to get the cable channels to work. Sandra tried to walk us through it by email a couple of times and then we gave up. Written instructions with the two remotes and the cable box might have worked better.

We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the condo door, to see how updated it was. We booked the condo based on the old photos, before it was updated. Everything was absolutely perfect! You can see the ocean through all the glass, and through the balcony. There is a wonderful semi-enclosed balcony, looking straight toward the ocean. We could sit on the balcony, enjoy a glass of wine, eat out on the balcony, all while listening to the ocean waves!! It was so peaceful! The waves are strong, and not the best for swimming, but the best for Listening to. There is another beach about a half hour away that is better for swimming, but is much more crowded. The pools were refreshing and we enjoyed them. Please note it is not that easy to find Malibu Beach Condos per your GPS...We highly recommend you make sure you arrive to the condo during the light hours, and not during the dark. There's just a small sign on the right stone fence, that is hard to see. Our only problem is that the Association is having problems with the gate opening, even with the correct code. You must call Sandra to have her open the gate remotely..make sure you get her cell # before arriving!! Once you are in the condo, there is a clicker to use during your stay. AC was wonderful...all over!You and your family will definitely enjoy your stay here. Owner is great! A "Safe" and not overly crowded place for a family vacation. We are coming back here next time we visit Puerto Rico. A must stay!!

One of the best places we have stayed! It did really delivered. If your are looking for a clean, quiet, relaxing, well kept and safe place, don’t look no more. The condos are gated with 24/7 friendly security guard and private beach. The host answers or solves any problem you might encounter really quick. We have problem with the blender and she got us a new one within a couple of hours.Although the place is secluded [perfect, if you are looking for privacy and be relaxed] it’s close to everything. Depending of the time or traffic, you are like 20 or less for Rio Grande, the Canóvanas outlet [must go place] Vacía Talega beach, la Pinones Pocita and all the kiosks with their great food. Between 30 to 40 minutes you are by the airport, Isla Verde area, at the skirt of old San Juan and on the other side you have el Yunque [must go] Luquillo with their beautiful beaches and their great food kioskos.The only 2 things we found although we forgot to tell the host cause it wasn’t a big deal, was the headboard from the master bed making noises [ hitting the wall when you wanted to get kinky lol] and the light in the master bathroom [ it was very dim and hard for make up and such] nothing major. We really loved this place and we are definitely going to be staying here next time we go back to PR.

We took a family vacation to disconnect and be present. Everything we could have needed and more was here. The beach is right off the property and was pristine. It was so quiet at the complex, and it was just what we needed. Everything was clean, check in was easy, and host is quick to respond!

Excellent place. The beach is literally a sixty second walk away. The pool if the sand is not your thing is sixty seconds the other way. Absolutely a wonderful place to stay.

The only difficulty we had was on the first night trying to check in and locate the property. Google maps took us to the wrong location. Once we were able to get to the correct location, we loved the condominium and everything was beautiful!

The apartment was as pictured. The beach was very close. However, there were a few things that could have made the stay much better.1. The lights in several fixtures were out and I could not find any light bulbs. This included the kitchen which made cooking very unpleasant.2. There was no extra towels or sheets. For the sheets, this was an issue because they got sandy and we needed to wash them. Just from my kids getting in their beds with sandy feet as kids do. And the towels needed to be washed every day to dry in the humidity. An extra towel or set of sheets would have made a huge difference. I would have appreciated some laundry soap as an added bonus. Luckily I brought my own.3. For an apartment on the beach, there is sand that naturally comes in all the time. The broom and dustpan were terrible. I am happy to clean up after myself if I am provided some basic supplies.4. The description says beach chairs provided. While the chairs appeared fine, they never closed. They are what I would consider camping chairs and we never did figure out how to close them. Very awkward and hard to use.With all these things, I think I could have found a better place to stay for my money. Here is the good stuff:1. air conditioning worked great2. parking was easy 3. kitchen was well appointed with all the tools, pots, and pans we needed4. trash was easy to take care of and I loved that they provided extra trash bags.5. the beach was better than I expected

Great vacay!

This community was a great place to stay. It is gated and safe. It is central to all the main activities, San Juan, ferry to Culebra, and El Yunque rain forest. Be aware there will be driving!! If you stay in Luquillo, you will be closer to the ferry and rain forest but farther from San Juan. I recommend figuring out what you are most interested in before you select a place to stay. Best food options are in San Juan.

Amazing condo with private beach access

We stayed at this condo over the Christmas holiday and absolutely loved the location and accommodations. The private beach and pool were highlights for the family. Neither were ever crowded. The property was hard to find with the address listed on VRBO, but we just searched for "Malibu Beachfront Condos" in Google Maps and it took us right there. We would definitely stay here again!

First Visit to Puerto Rico

Staying in Malibu Beachfront Condos in Loíza was the best area we could have chosen to see the entire Island of Puerto Rico and Veiques. But after seeing most of Puerto Rico we could not have been more satisfied with the choice of staying in Loíza. It has the best of beaches, pool, attractions, stores, and restaurants. We will definitely come back.

Wonderful Ocean front Views

My family of 4 stayed for a week and we had a great time! This is the best location. The lanai/porch faces the ocean, easy and nearby private beach access as well as being very close to the pool area. There are a lot of sleeping options to fit even more than my 4 people. We will definitely return here.
