Many restaurants, grocery stores, Costco, Walmart, and outlet malls. Lots of daily activities beach, rainforest, hiking, jet ski, and more. local food and bars with music. Every day and every evening for you to enjoy this beautiful island.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take out the garbage daily to prevent insects, ants, and cockroaches.
Please put back the keys and remote control in the original places that you took from: one set in the lockbox outside near the front gate, one set is hanging in the wall next to the laundry room
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
take out trash every day, the trash area is located right side front near the street
When check out, turn off all the lights, air conditioning, electrical fans in the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen.
When check out, put all the dirty bed sheets and pillow cases, dirty towels in the laundry room to be cleaned up.

We had a little struggle with the door code, but figured it out. The shower frame in the master bedroom is loose, so we were careful. The fridge made noises. The hammock fell in use but nobody got hurt. We should not have used it as we already had seen the corrosion in the supporting wall hooks. Otherwise, the unit is as advertised. Great location, excellent views of sea & mountains, the place is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. All in all, this is a nice place and we would visit it again.

Condo is in good location with rainforest and good restaurants nearby. Rooftop patio was the best part of our stay. We enjoyed listening to the sound of the waves. Listing said this condo has access to the beach. It doesn't. There's very little sand and no way to access the beach - just FYI for others. Condo building is gated and safe.Our biggest complaint is lack of or confusing communication. Directions to the condo were incorrect. It got us to the street but not the building. Our flight was late, so it was dark and we drove around for an hour trying to find it. Called Vrbo but owner was unavailable. We finally found it by looking at photos on Vrbo and finding the name of the condos on an exterior photo of the building. We put that in GPS, and it got us there.We had trouble with the remote to the living room A/C unit, but no directions were provided. Checkout instructions said to load the dishwasher, but there is no dishwasher. We were surprised by a "light switch" that says "hot water," but we turned it on before taking a shower, and it worked fine. Refrigerator is very loud. Master bathroom had a water leak, which was reported.

I would like to say that the view and sounds of the ocean were amazing. Now with that said. The main shower handle was broken and dripped, There was a used bar of soap in the shower. There was also what looked like blood on the wall in the bathroom and the sink didn't drain well. The dryer was full of lint with hair and sand from the previous people. The dining room chairs are delicate and wobbly. In the kitchen there is no stove or dishwasher and the cupboards and drawers were just full of what looked like junk. Even one empty cupboard would have been nice. There should be a dehumidifier running in the bedrooms because the sheets felt wet even though they weren't. Guest bed was what felt like a box spring so not comfortable. We also had roaches we found on the 4th day even though we were taking trash out. That was a breaking point for me but nothing was available within a reasonable price spring break week. There were no beach chairs, only camping chairs so prepare for that. We bought some at Walmart. Outside - there are stray dogs in the gates because the gate and/or the door by the trash is always open. People leave trach and food outside to feed the animals which was disturbing. Beach access - no there is not. Walking the path to the beach access is covered with rock from a previous hurricane that you cannot get to the beach on. The owner was told about these issues with very little care and zero help. This is our 5th year in PR.

Thank you for the feedback. The 2nd bedroom has brand new 14” deep Memory form (Novaform) mattress replaced, the dining table has 6 brand new padded chairs purchased. The pictures are updated in the listings. The kitchen has countertop cook stove with 4 burners. Because of limited kitchen cabinets spaces and we don’t expect large party of guests stay, we decide not use a regular dishwasher. This is a home I live too so the kitchen cabinets and drawers are fully stocked with the everyday items. We spray the places regularly if you reported the issues during your stay we would send the cleaner to do the cleaning for you. Sorry you are not happy with my place and no matter what we improve we cannot let everyone be happy. Check out my reviews on the other vacation app I am a superstar there. I care and listen and always tried the best effort to improve the living conditions.

Why they chose this property

Luquillo Puerto Rico is one of the most beautiful places I visited and I decide to come here as much as I can. It has the private neighborhood beach from the place I live and it has public beach access in minutes walk down the beach line. Luquillo Kiosk has a lot of good local food and music, and Luquillo downtown has a lot of bars to stay out late nights.

What makes this property unique

180 degree beach front, a couple of blocks from El Yunque Rainforest. Private rooftop to enjoy daily sun bath and evening BBQ and small friends and family party gathering. Viewing beautiful sunrise from rooftop terrace in the morning.
