Air conditioning worked great and was very appreciated. Would like to see more photos on the listing. The apartment was well stocked with towels, cooler, kitchen basics, etc. Central location and near main roads, easy access. Used the washer and dyer and they worked well along with all appliances. Shower water was hard to keep in the proper area but water was hot!

Inside better visual than outside. Outside patio came in clutch & fit 7. AC was fine in rooms, not so great in main area. Walking distance to food options. First time to PR coming from Colorado so was slightly eye opening how run down the area is in general. This place was a good enough spot. Kids had to sleep on sofa bed which was in hot zone, so they weren’t stoked the whole time. Better spot for up to 3 couples for the rooms. Hot water was hit & miss. Driving in this town is an unforgettable adventure. These folks here do not care about right of way & parking etiquette. We had a huge van for 7. Sketchy every time out. Uber if you can swing it.

The fully equipped kitchen, complimentary coffee, sugar, and pantry basics, soaps, toiletries, and beach towels are all included — no nickel-and-diming, no restrictions. San Juan is currently experiencing citywide water and electricity challenges. Our property runs on a private generator, rooftop cisterns, and a dual water heating system specifically to protect our guests from these disruptions. If there was ever any uncertainty about the hot water, our team is always available — though no issues were reported at any point during the stay. The living area opens directly to the private terrace by design, and extra fans are available for comfort in that space. We'll be honest — a 3-star rating is a surprise for us. With over 700 reviews and a 4.7 average maintained across platforms as a consistent Superhost, we hold ourselves to a high standard. No concerns were raised during the stay, which made this review unexpected. We always encourage guests to reach out in the moment — it's always the best way to ensure a great experience. This rental was PERFECT for our group of two couples and our adult daughter! The listing is very accurate with its three beds and two full bathrooms. Our course the patio was our favorite spot for morning coffees and evening cocktails. We were able to walk to many local eateries and catch an uber to everyplace we wanted to go within 10 minutes! We felt right at home in this quiet neighborhood! One last thing…the host has excellent communication and was gracious to allow for early checkin! I will DEFINITELY book again and refer this property to my travel clients!
