We have one bedroom with a queen bed, a mezzanine with two twin beds and one bathroom. Also, a private pool and an outdoor shower.

Cute charming walk-up located 12 STEPS from the sand of the most beautiful urban beach in Puerto Rico. Master with a queen size bed and the second bedroom is a mezzanie with two twin beds. One bathroom and also, we have a shower outside and a Private heated Pool, brand new. Located between Condado and Ocean Park, San Juan, a lively (and the safest) neighborhood. Walking distance to a variety of local and trendy restaurants and 10 minutes cab ride from the airport and to Old San Juan.
Enjoy the peaceful breeze and sun in the mornings and then have fun exploring restaurants, pubs, disco, etc. in Condado (drinks), Old San Juan (Salsa), Isla Verde (disco), Piñones (Bomba y Plena) in the evenings. Or just do a picnic at night on the beach. We have 24 hour security!

Walking from the front door towards the beach… your toes will hit the water in 45 seconds. Incredible property with amazing perfect sized pool for 2 in the back

Great location, close to almost most of places to visit in San Juan. The property is clean and welcoming. The property manager and the owner were wonderull people made us feel at home.

Location! Location! Location! This place has it all…the private pool was so wonderful. Restaurants just up the quiet street. No hassle parking was so lovely to come home to every night. Kind neighbors, responsive host, good property manager. We’ll be back!

Everything You Could Want

Beautiful space, convenient location, great advice on other places to explore. Beds were comfortable. The beach was incredible—especially near sunset, all the locals come out to walk their dogs and socialize in the ocean. Just a special place!

Pieryo Rico Escape

We had a wonderful time! The location is fabulous as are the owners/property managers. Wonderful communication. Pool/tub at night is fabulous! We walked to several wonderful restaurants, enjoyed the beach and enjoyed days of exploration. We did rent a car and there was a spot provided to us. Very thankful for that as parking would have been a nightmare otherwise. Would definitely recommend!

a super fabulous time

Just want to say that my family and I had a great time. Your home was so comfortable that it felt like we were at home. This part of Puerto Rico(Condado) was fabulous as well as the Condado Festival they had that Fathers day weekend we were there. All the restaurants and supermarkets are all walking distance. We will definitely return for another vacation. Sorry we missed you and Juan, however your friend Marta was great! Thanks for everything! ;)

Dream location with a pool!

Isabel’s rental was perfect for our girl’s trip to San Juan. The space has a wonderful indoor/outdoor feel with all of the comforts of home - a fully stocked kitchen, cold AC, two TVs, and very comfortable beds and linens. She has also supplied everything you need for the beach which is about 15 steps from the front door! The location is within blocks of a number of amazing restaurants and bars. Isabel and Ana were so communicative and even quickly helped us when we locked ourselves out of the gate! We will definitely be back in the future.

Ocean park beach condo

Ceiling dripped water by main entrance .Large propane tank in patio. Was said to be 12 steps to beach, but really about 60. Lighting was bad inside. Pool/ hot tub was nice. They said it was a 2 bath condo, but the only bath inside was very small, almost uncomfortable. The other so called bath was a shower head by the patio gate entrance. 2 1/2 stars

Pure Happiness

We had a wonderful 5 day stay here. The location can't be beat - right by the beach, which is so handy to go back and forth as needed. There were quite a few wonderful restaurants within walking distance. We didn't rent a car, but were easily able to use Uber to get to the more distant attractions such as Old San Juan, El Morro and Casa Bacardi. I am glad we weren't driving because parking at the house would have been a little tight, which is not surprising in the city. The house itself was very comfortable, it was just right for 4 of us. It was nice to spend time in the small front courtyard in the mornings with coffee, and the rear courtyard had the small jetted pool which was such a fun place to hang out at the end of the day. Having a washer and dryer right there was very helpful too. Isobel was lovely as was Ana the caretaker. I highly recommend this lovely house and area!

About as Close to Perfect as I'd Hoped

The place was spotless and smelled great. The area felt very safe, and it was 50 yds to a gorgeous beach. We walked to some of the best food I've had in ages. We parked the rental out front on the street and had no problems. The unit has a gated front patio area with seating and a beach shower. Available for use were a number of beach chairs and a cooler. Inside, the kitchen was more than adequate--microwave, toaster oven (was immediately replaced once we determined the older one would not function in bake mode), toaster, two-burner electric stove, sink, refrigerator/ freezer, and all the pots, pans, plates, bowls, and utensils we'd ever need. Little things were so helpful--a stockpile of insect repellent and sunscreen, beach towels, extra blankets, some card games, and travel books on the area. The two minisplit AC units more than adequately cool the space. We enjoyed the Apple TV and the kids especially got a lot of use out of the private pool in the back. There is a twin+trundle upstairs in the loft area, and the bedroom with a full-size was cool (and quiet) with the door closed. There is a comfortable front balcony on the second story. The couch downstairs could have easily slept another couple of bodies. Closet space, hangers, and iron were appreciated. And oh, lest I forget, we did several loads of laundry with the washer/dryer stack out back. The owner's local management team was friendly, helpful, and responsive. We had an amazing trip and staying at Parque was a big part of it.

CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN!!!

I can't even put into mere words how amazing our stay was. My husband, myself and our two teen boys couldn't have felt more welcome and comfortable here. It literally has everything you need for your stay. From the really well equipped kitchen, to hair dryer (never used...hey it's Puerto Rico) soap, shampoo, luxurious bath towels and an abundance of really nice beach towels. And speaking of the beach, it's literally steps away from house. They have plenty of beach chairs, umbrella's and things to bring if you want to dig or play games. The location is near everything that you would want to walk to. We love walking anyway, so this was fun for us to explore. You MUST eat the Empanadas made by the Empanada lady, who sells out of a basket on the beach. Don't be alarmed. They are fresh, delicious and she's a sweetheart. And do NOT miss the mango/pineapple gelato. Best I have ever had. I would also point out that Pirilo, which is this awesome Italian restaurant (yes..Italian food and Pizza are really popular in Puerto Richo). The pizza's are incredible and they have great micro brews. Forget hotels!!! This is the way to travel! Thanks to the wonderful hosts!! PS...You have to go snorkeling. Call Travelers Catamaran. They are incredible and the least expensive. For a little under $100 per person, the pick you up where your staying in a big, clean and comfy van. You snorkel on two separate islands, have a wonderful sandwich buffet lunch and open bar or unlimited waters, soda's and juices. Angelina is terrific!!

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION CLOSE TO BEACH AND WALKABLE AREA.

We had a really great time! The house was just as described and within minutes of the beach. We could easily walk to several different places to eat. Anna was great in letting us know of any potential problems, as well as helping with parking. We really appreciated being able to check in early after a long redeye flight. Loved staying there and we plan on going back. The location is fantastic!

Execellent Property

This apartment was the best place we have ever stayed. Ana the property manager was amazing to work with every step of the way, our family had a traumatic emergency during our stay and she eased our way throughout those tough times. Can not say enough good things about the place and the management, plus it was steps away from the beach. Not to mention the orange tabby kitty (el gato) that kept us company the whole stay, he was amazing. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better place or people to work with! Will definitely back soon!

Perfect Getaway Stay

Tucked just 12-steps from the beach and close to great local restaurants and shops, this villa was the perfect home base for our Puerto Rico getaway. Cozy, and clean. It had everything we needed to relax after days spent exploring. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A true gem in paradise—we can't wait to come back!

Perfect spot for a San Juan vacation

My wife and I spent week in San Juan. The location was ideal for getting into Old San Juan, to and from the airport, restaurants, grocery stores and the BEACH!!! Everything we needed for the beach was provided! Towels, umbrellas, chairs and toys. The proximity to the beach was amazing!! Great place to stay for a couple looking for a beach getaway!

We are renting short term since 2007 and all of our clients are really happy with their stay since then. We already have 100 reviews! Come and see for yourself what do you think. The apartment has a great location, it is safe, really charming and cute. And 12-15 steps to the beach! We just add a private pool that you can heat if you feel like it!. And we are available for our guest 24/7. High speed Internet, place to work and all amenities.

Why they chose this property

It is steps from the beach and that was really important for us, with small kids the beach was our playground...Also you do not need a car to go to restaurants, groceries, fun places and the Old San Juan is a 15 min. ride.
The heated pool is a plus and the feeling in this apartment is so relaxing and beautiful. You can open all the windows to feel the breeze and listen to the ocean (or just close all the windows and use the A/C, of course).

What makes this property unique

It has two patios (we also have electric plant in case the power is off), the other at the rear part of the townhouse with a private pool and one terrace inside the master bedroom for a romantic breakfast. Just perfect!
WIFI is free and high speed. We have a power plan in case the light in the Island goes off (since Hurricane Maria is often).
