Stephanie created this places to share a magnificent experience and safe space with tourist and visitors in mind. Ocean park is a gated upscale private residential vicinity. Imagine you walk a few steps and experience mesmerizing sunsets and soak yourself in the white sandy beach of Ocean Park
Walk for only a minute and you are right at the beautiful turquoise waters at Ocean Park. Stephanie has lived here for more that 20 years and has never encounter any incident regarding security, since it is a closed guarded place. It has security 24 hours. It is ideal for Beach’s lovers, and people who enjoy luxury and nature as well.
You will find The Dunes a few blocks away from trendy Loiza Street, where a variety of restaurants and stores create a nice atmosphere and night life.

Communication with the host was easy and the accommodations were clean and modern. Stephanie provided information on the nearest supermarket and a lunch recommendation in old San Juan which was terrific. The property was as advertised and a half block away from the beautiful beach which made it convenient to walk back and forth whenever we wanted. Several restaurants were within walking distance. Area was family friendly and we liked that there was parking for our rental car. A lovely place to stay for our Puerto Rico adventure!

Great place! 1 min from the beach and near lots of cute coffee shops. Easy to get to Old San Juan, El Yunque, etc. The host was great and answered all questions. If you are considering booking this property, do it! Beautiful island with lovely people. Will be coming back!

So close to the beach

Really close to a beautiful beach, the best beach of our trip in San Juan. The accommodation was the perfect amount of space too, and Stephanie is great at answering questions. Amazing!

Pictures on platform are older, meaning when the place looked better. Steep wood and metal stairs with some of the wood planks rotted at the fastener corners. One of these bad ones is by the entrance. Bed sheets were a disaster with host answering my message by next late morning. There were hairs, sand and even stains in one bed. There were baby roaches in the utensils drawer. Shower was like camping... low pressure and hair managing between scalding hot or room temp (no really cold water here).Windows were dirty with out screens and a few looked cracked open....because they wouldn't close. One foor had cardboard with writing " Do not remove "covering a glass that seemed was missing for a while and other rooms had same panels already cracked. We washed the bed sheets ourselves in a laundry mat....100% better. The property as a whole is in dire needs of refurbishment not just maintenance. The couple in the unit in front of us ran out of water 2-3 days before departure...they didn't looked very happy when mentioning that they been showering with water gallon jugs.I took pics of all I mentioned here. I went on vacation not to have to deal additional stress...water rationing is not host fault but there is no mechanism to know how much is left or if it can be refilled before it's empty. For the price we spent, a brand hotel will be our next stay as proven by our last day's almost 14 hours in the Marriott. Clean and plenty of water. I still was walking distance from beach

We take cleanliness seriously and were concerned to hear your comments about the linens and kitchen utensils. Once we were made aware, we responded the following morning and gladly replaced the linens. We apologize that this impacted your experience. Regarding the water supply, Puerto Rico was experiencing severe drought conditions during your stay, resulting in mandatory water rationing in our area. While this was beyond our control, we understand how frustrating it was. Our property has water cisterns that we keep full whenever municipal water is available, but during periods of high usage, the supply can be depleted before the next refill. The neighboring apartment used the remaining water supply, and when they were left without water for their final night, we reimbursed them for a hotel stay. We always do our best to support guests when unexpected issues arise. Our property is a beach house, not a hotel, and while we continuously maintain and improve it, it may not be the right fit for guests seeking full-service resort amenities. We appreciate your comments about the stairs, hurricane shutters, and other maintenance items, and we will review them as part of our ongoing improvements. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and easy access to the beach. Thank you for your feedback, which helps us continue improving the guest experience.

Beautiful and Immaculate apt near beach

The apartment was fantastic! Super clean and lots of room and everything worked well. Very close to beach - like 1 minute walk. Awesome neighborhood and awesome beach. Stephanie, the host, was very responsive and super friendly. I can’t wait to come back.

A lovely aopartment in a nice part of town

We spent three nights. The location is excellent, a short walk to the beach. The apartment is comfortable. We were there during a power outage, but the owner has a generator that took over flawlessly. Communication with the owner was easy and she was always helpful. Highly recommended.

Quiet and close to beach property

This 2 bed-room, 1 bath, livingroom and kitchen is located above a garage on a quiet street. During the night, only property owners have access to this beach access. It is a short walk to a beach which has relatively free of visitors. There are plenty of nice places to eat near by. My only critique is that checkout time is early but Stephanie arranged to let us keep our luggage there until later in the afternoon.

Perfect Puerto Rico Getaway

Stephanie was the perfect host. The apartment was 1/2 a block from a fantastic beach with lots of kite surfers. Parking was easy and place was perfect. We're not 'sit on the beach all day' people, so Ocean Parque was the perfect location for exploring the island. We went to Crash Boat Beach in Aguadilla (west coast) for a day - best beach of all - fun snorkeling at the pier, plenty to see. We went on a couple of great hikes at El Yunque. Went to Loquillo Beach - also great. And ended up at Escombron beach on our last day. Most nights we ended I Old San Juan for dinner, but went to Bebo's one night and Kasalta for coffees. We felt very safe, but like all parts of San Juan - be off the streets at 11, in my opinion.
