Located a few blocks from the beach in Ocean Park, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Within the best beach neighborhood in San Juan known as Ocean Park.

This fully furnished studio is located on the sixth floor of a condominium building in the gated neighborhood of Ocean Park. Windows on three sides allow for fantastic breezes, day and night. Views of Condado and sunsets to the West, partial Ocean views as well as sunrises to the East, and El Yunque to the South East. Furnishings include a sectional couch with coffee table, queen size bed and night table, dining table for two (inside or out on the balcony) as well as TV with DVD and Sony CD player. Wireless access. The bathroom includes a walk in shower with a window to view the Blue Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a company washing machine. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler are also included. There are two chairs and a table for you to enjoy the balcony. Off street parking is also included.

Excellent location

A very nice, simple place with an excellent location. I really enjoyed staying here. It's one block from the beach! We didn't need anything, but Christopher checked in on us to make sure everything was going as planned. I would recommend this location to a friend.

This property is clean and in a great neighborhood that has gates that lock at night and patrolling security. All the restaurants close by were good.

Great location and comfortable

The apartment is one block form the beach and we could easily walk to shops for a few groceries and decent restaurants. There was even a parking spot so we had a rental so we could also explore the island. It was great! The property manager was also very responsive to us.

Do not think just book!!

Place looks exactly like the pictures, this is a gated community with 24hr security so safety was not an issue, alot of bars and food places nearby, the beach is a couple blocks away walking distance, Chris communication was awesome would definitely stay again!!

The condo was perfect! We were there for 9 days. It had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The veach chairs, cooler, and umbrella were great for the beach one block away. Its exactly how its picture We would definitely comeback and stay there agai !!d. With a nice sized closet and shower.shower

Great Views and Location

The 6th floor views from this unit are incredible and the location puts you close to everything. Checking in and out was very easy. The apartment is set up nicely with a nice welcome/guide book for the unit and the area. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. Chris was always quick to respond. We hope to return one day!

Lovely studio!

The condo was very nice. Communication was easy and quick response time. The only thing I would mention is there is a 1-2 inch height difference at the kitchen and bathroom entrances. Very hard to notice height difference which may be a problem for sight impaired, elderly or handicapped. Otherwise, everything was as advertised.

The location of the property is excellent. It is only a couple minute walk to the beach. The complex is gated and monitored so very secure. The only caveat is there is only one entrance by car and it is on santa ana street with a security gate. The pedestrian exits are open 6am-6pm only so know that as well. Plenty of restaurants nearby and kasalta bakery is a must eat at place. Theres even a walgreens within walking diatance so very convienant location. The host Chris' communication is fast and on point with any issues you may have. There is a parking space reserved but it is small and hard to get in and out of so i used the street as to not risk damaging the rental car. I really enjoyed my stay there and will book again with Chris in the future. Thanks Chris!!

We Had An Amazing Stay

We had a great 6 night stay! It was extremely close to the beach and right by a ton of eating establishments. I can say there were only two things during our stay we encountered, the first being ants in the apartment. It wasn't a true inconvenience as they only came out if you leave food on the countertop so we just kept food in the fridge. Also in the neighborhood there are huge potholes so please be extremely aware as we got a flat tire on our rental but we were able to replace it fairly quickly. Although we didn't need anything from Chris during our stay he was extremely responsive when we were checking in and checking out. I just know if we did need anything he would have taken care of us. Overall this was an amazing stay and when I come back to PR I will be sure to book here again!

The apartment was clean, the area was quiet, and having a balcony to enjoy my morning coffee while overlooking the neighborhood brought added peace. It’s close to a small beach and within walking distance of many fabulous restaurants and lively nightlife spots.When we arrived, the elevator was having some issues. I was on vacation and didn’t feel like dealing with any problems—but before I could even think to complain, the owners had already taken care of everything. They even helped us carry our luggage down on the day of departure. Their genuine care and concern turned a potential frustration into a smile.I highly recommend this place. Caring and compassionate people own it, and I’m sure that if you stay here, you’ll be well taken care of too.

This was my first experience using VRBO and it was amazing! This property was perfect for our honeymoon. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony at night listening to the coquis. Located right by the beach and not far from other things like the rainforest and old san juan.

Perfect Stay

This is a super nice unit in a great location...Extremely safe gated neighborhood-comfortable furniture and bed-gorgeous views from the balcony-one block to the beach-short walk to restaurants-very responsive host-easy check in- everything was just as listed and pictured. What more can you ask for? Will definitely be back!
