Puerto Rico's power grid can experience occasional interruptions due to weather or infrastructure issues. While we do our best to provide a comfortable stay, please be aware that power outages may occur. No refunds will be issued due to power disruptions, as this is a common part of island living.

🔑 Lost Keys Policy

There is a fee of $15 for each lost key. Example: 3 lost keys = $45.
