Une maison charmante située près du centre ville sans avoir les inconvénients du bruit. Tout s'y fait à pied même st Malo est accessible en bus. Logement bien agencé, propriétaires très réactifs et bienveillants. Un séjour très agréable.

Côté positif proximité du centre

La terrasse est complètement dans le fond d un encaissement entre des vielles maison l entrée de la maison est commune tout les autres locataires viennent fumer et prendre l apero sous vos fenêtres la maison est très sombre on allume toute la journée
