The property was really nice and very well equipped. The beach access is really easy with just a handful of stairs. The owners were out of town but arranged for Kayla to show us around and she was wonderful. I would highly recommend the carriage house.

We had a wonderful week at the Carriage House, the house was so clean and well stocked. We loved the private beach access. We stayed with our toddler and he had the best time. We cannot wait to come back.

Absolutely beautiful! Such a great place to stay, beautiful home, amazing views, lovely beach access. So much to do, OR just relax and look at the view. Great parking which honestly I didn’t think about but it was an extra perk! I cannot say enough good things about the host/property!!

We loved this place so much we stayed another night, and would have loved to stay longer. The carriage house is very well-appointed. Sheets and linens are top quality. Good beds. Easy access to the beach. Grand Haven is a lovely city, with many good restaurants and things to do. We enjoyed a scenic hike at nearby Rosy Mound. We had a great time on the deck watching sunsets over Lake Michigan. Thank you, Melissa, for a special place!

What a fabulous place to stay. My wife and I stayed here for three nights in September and just could not say enough about the home itself and the property that it was on. Melissa and her husband were fantastic hosts and truly have thought of everything inside of the house. For a weekend getaway for two people this could not be a more perfect place.
