Recently remodeled home with second entrance to finished basement with large bedroom with own washer/dryer and full bathroom. Large shaded deck and backyard for entertaining and play area for the kids with basketball hoop. Quiet low traffic street with woods and hiking path to Lake Michigan. 1/2 block to YMCA, Imagination station and Mulligans hollow ski hill. Triathlon, 5k route, one house down. Fireworks, Musical fountain and Lake Michigan waves from front porch. Trolley route on next street. This home has it all.

Grand Haven House Rental

This was a great house for a medium to large family. Four bedrooms. Very close to town, short walk to the beach. The rental was in perfect shape, it felt brand new. The renters were simple to work with, no problems what so ever. I highly recommend that you consider this rental property.
