Large charming T3 85m2 very bright and warm, 4/5 people in residence of prestige of the beginning of the century in the middle of the center of BAGNERES of LUCHON (alleys of Etigny vis-a-vis the town hall).

Clear view of the mountain and the city.

Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, beautiful old floor, beautiful height under ceiling, large balcony communicating south in each room. All rooms are spacious.

Large living room about 45m2: living room and dining room open kitchen (including dishwasher), large flat screen TV and stereo quality, WIFI; two large bedrooms (bed 160 + 2 beds 90 + extra bed possible), large hallway, bathroom with spa bath, washing machine, separate toilet.

Free public parking nearby.
Possibility to leave the skis in a local (not private) in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

Located at the foot of all shops, baths and gondolas (direct access station Superbagnères), and access 15-20 minutes by car to the station PEYRAGUDES.

Très bon séjour

Appartement ayant du charme et lumineux, bien placé au centre ville. Cuisine un peu kitch mais fonctionnelle. Un petit moins, l accès à la salle de bains se fait par la chambre parentale. Sinon, séjour parfait et prêt à y revenir.

Reproches et déception

Excellente situation de l'appartement dans la ville, il est spacieux, clair et assez confortable dans l'ensemble. Quelques reproches importants à faire sur : la vétusté des toilettes (Très 70's, mais il faudrait veiller à changer la cuvette des toilettes et le balai très limite...); l'espace cuisine très peu fonctionnel, placards inaccessibles au personnes de taille normale, rangements et plan de travail à revoir, l'espace est à refaire à neuf; le canapé très bas et ayant bien vécu, est très inconfortable, joli sur la photo mais c'est tout; la salle de bain est propre et bien agencé, mais la baignoire haute est difficile d'accès pour une personne âgée ou peu agile... La propriétaire avertie de nos reproches nous a fait dire que nous pouvions partir si nous étions insatisfaites, qu'il restait certainement des locations sur Luchon. Belle réponse pour une location annonçant un standing irréprochable et un tarif très élevé! Il est certain, oui, que nous irons ailleurs lors de notre prochain séjour !

Bonjour madame, Comme évoqué ensemble dans nos échanges, vous êtes la première personne à nous faire ce retour et nous vous avons proposé éventuellement, et pour vous être agréable, de vous rembourser les nuits non passées si vous souhaitiez partir avant la fin de semaine pour trouver un endroit qui vous convenait davantage, bien que le contrat ne prévoit pas de remboursement. Certes la cuisine n'est actuellement pas optimisée mais rien ne manque. Nous avons effectivement un projet de rénovation complète de cet espace, mais qui n'a pu encore se réaliser (trouver des artisans disponibles à Luchon reste bien difficile). Nous sommes souvent dans cet appartement familial et y prenons plaisir, comme l'ensemble de nos locataires d'ailleurs. Nous sommes désolés de ce désagrément en ce qui vous concerne. Cdt.

Malgré une météo particulièrement capricieuse l’appartement de Delphine nous a permis de passer un excellent séjour. Idéalement placé et équipé, lumineux, literie agréable, wifi de qualité, rien à redire nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

On vient d'arriver de nos vacances a Bagnères de Luchon, où on s'est bien amusé. Il y a trop de choses à faire avec les enfants près de Luchon: randos, parcs animaliers, excursions... L'appartement est très agréable et très bien décoré. Il est bien situé dans l'avenue principale. On le recommande fortement!

situation parfaite, proche de tout dans l'avenue principale .Ensoleillé toute la journée. Les portes fenêtres communiquent avec un grand balcon, vue très dégagée et imprenable sur les montagnes. Pièce de vie spacieuse , très propre, literie confortable. La voiture n'est pas nécessaire et l'accès aux remontées mécaniques est proche. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Séjour parfait !

Appartement très propre, agréable à vivre, tout confort, déco de bon goût, couchages de qualité. Sa situation au cœur de ville à proximité des commerces, du marché et des restaurants est appréciable. Les commerçants sont très accueillants. Outre la rando, la piscine et les termes sont très agréables. Vacances familiales très reposantes.
