Amazing Gulf views from our 10th floor balcony of our recently updated 1,132 sqft condo with incredible views of Tiger Tail Beach and it's nature preserve. Nothing but quiet and breathtaking, and you won't want to miss the beautiful sunsets from our balcony.

Direct beach access from the property. Enjoy amenities including an outdoor heated pool, fitness center, tennis courts, pickelball, and boat slip if needed. In the unit you will find 3 TVs, cable TV, WiFi internet, blue tooth speaker, and games for all ages to enjoy! Beach closet has chairs, umbrella for your use!

Recently remodeled, with new flooring, interior doors, furniture, bedding, restroom vanities and new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Kitchen includes microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and Keurig, toaster, blender, dishes and utensils. Clothes washer and dryer conveniently located on floor.

We sincerely want you to feel like this is your home away from home, and enjoy all the amenities that you deserve.

We do kindly ask that there is absolutely no smoking, parties or pets in or directly outside the condo.

Well supplied condo with a great view

I don't think I ever been in a condo that was so well supplied, from kitchen to shelves and hooks in the baths. Wonderful view of Tiger Tail park and the ocean. It was very quiet being over the park, rather than say the pool.

Enjoyable stay

Condo was very clean and well stocked. Wonderful view of sunsets. Have stayed in this condo several times now and always enjoy it. There was working being on the building, but it didn’t effect my stay. They were in the unit while I was gone, but everything was cleaned up when I returned.

Relaxing Getaway

This condo was very clean and tastefully but tropically decorated. There were extra towels, pillows, some cooking supplies (i.e. coffee, sugar). Plenty of utensils and adequate number of plates, glasses/cups, silverware and other little things one needed for a stay of a few weeks. For those that use them, hair dryers were supplied in both bathrooms. Beach items were in the closets and even little things like scissors and can coozies were also supplied. The beds were very comfortable with the smoothest sheets! Even though our trip occurred during Spring Break, and there were more guests at the towers, the condo and Marco Island in general was still pretty quiet. Our weather was perfect the entire time and we enjoyed relaxing and walking the beach every day looking for shells and enjoying nature.

South Seas is the best!

The Gerfen condo is spectacular! Very tastefully appointed. Everything you need is not only in the unit, but just outside as well. There is the beach, pool, boat docks, tennis, pickleball and more. Great stuff!

A great month at the beach

We stayed in Jan’s condo for the month of February. The condo is fresh and bright, well stocked with the things you need. We also enjoyed the new machines at the tower 3 gym. Looking forward to our return!

We had a wonderful January visit in Marco. Jan’s condo was a pleasure to stay in. The condo is very fresh, clean and well maintained. We had a beautiful view of tiger tail beach and sunsets on the ocean. We are really looking to forward to another stay in February.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable, beautiful condo!!

This condo has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. Spotlessly clean too! The owners have made every effort to ensure their guests have every comfort just like home! Comfortable beds and nice furniture throughout. Awesome dining table for fun card games and meals. Comfortable leather couch with recliners on each side. Balcony has two tables, 6 chairs and plenty of room to enjoy the stunning sunsets. Views are spectacular off the balcony. Views are of Tigertail Beach, lagoon area and Gulf. Kitchen is well stocked, everything you need is there!! And clean! Check in process was a bit confusing, instructions are to get thru the security gate with a day pass and then go to Bldg 3 to check in for parking and get a parking pass, plan on paying the office for parking during your stay, the fees are $50 for anyone staying longer than 24 hrs. Pool is warm and nice, walk to beach is a good hike, owner supplies a rolling cart and chairs/umbrella, all you need for a great day on the beach. Even your beach towels are provided. Condo itself is great, but outside construction is going on in the building was our only complaint, beware of extremely loud noise/workers all around during the daytime hours.
