A house full of charm 10 minutes walk from the sea.

In Lancieux, 200m from the Moulin de Buglais, at the end of a small dead end street,
The mill house of Buglais awaits you.
All around you the nature and the sea will seduce you by the beauty of the landscapes of this wild coast which bears so well its name of Coast of Emerald.

This new house of 2016, on one level, is nestled in the heart of a quiet area, 500m walk from shops and services (restaurants, tourist office, doctors, pharmacy, market ...) 200m sports activities (tennis, petanque, basketball, football, skate park), the nautical center is located at 900m, the equestrian center at 4 km, the golf courses: Lancieux at 800m and Dinard at 3km).

Our house of 90m2 is fully decorated in the seaside style, it can accommodate 6 people, it consists of 5 rooms.

Very nice stay

We enjoyed our time at Lanciuex very much! The house of Laurence and Francois is very comfortable. It's very well equipped and decorated very lovingly! We got help in every question and good advices for discovering the environment.

Das war ein schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten eine angenehme Zeit im hĂŒbschen Haus. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden. Besonders praktisch war, dass BettwĂ€sche, HandtĂŒcher und FahrrĂ€der vor Ort waren. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Im Gegensatz zu unserem Sohn vermissen wir den Sportplatz hinter dem Haus allerdings nicht. Alles in Allem war es eine tolle Zeit!

Perfektes Haus fĂŒr einen Familienurlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und man hat alles was man braucht. FĂŒr die Kinder war es sehr schön, dass direkt ein Sportplatz (Fußball, Boule, Basketball, Tischtennis, Skatebahn) neben dem Haus liegt. Zudem war der Kicker im Haus ein Highlight. Es ist alles da was man braucht: Grill, FahrrĂ€der, Waschmaschine, etc. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns noch persönlich Tipps fĂŒr die Umgebung gegeben. Das Haus liegt ansonsten auch gut und man ist in 10 Minuten Fußweg am Strand. Auch er BĂ€cker, Fleischer, etc. sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einen grĂ¶ĂŸeren Supermarkt gibt es im nĂ€chstgelegenen Ort, dieser ist schnell per Auto zu erreichen. Die Umgebung mit Dinard, Dinan, St. Malo etc. bietet auch diverse Highlights. FĂŒr uns ein perfektes Haus fĂŒr einen schönen Familienurlaub.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit allem Comfort

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dem Haus. Es fehlte an nichts, das Haus ist sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Insbesondere die Sauberkeit und die Liebe fĂŒrs Detail ist bemerkenswert. Mit den hauseigenen RĂ€dern konnten wir schöne Radtouren machen. Laurence ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin und war fĂŒr uns bei Bedarf immer erreichbar. Das Meer und auch StrĂ€nde sind fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Die BĂ€ckerei im Ort ist nur zu empfehlen! Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder

Erholung pur am Meer

Es waren sehr erholsamer Urlaub mit einem schönen und nicht ĂŒberfĂŒllten Strand direkt in der der NĂ€he. Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Das trifft ebenfalls auf die Außenanlagen zu. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war problemlos. Nette und preiswerte Restaurants im Ort. Kurzum ein tolles Ferienerlebnis.

Maison joliment dĂ©corĂ©e, trĂšs propre, fonctionnelle, avec tous les Ă©quipements nĂ©cessaires et une bonne literie (lits faits Ă  l'arrivĂ©e). Accueil trĂšs sympathiques des propriĂ©taires avec des petits cadeaux de bienvenue et des renseignements sur la rĂ©gion (nous sommes arrivĂ©s plus tĂŽt que prĂ©vu et la maison Ă©tait disponible avant l'heure). Linge de lit et toilette, Ă©quipements BB et vĂ©los adultes, enfants et accessoires BB pour vĂ©los mis Ă  disposition. Maison bien situĂ©e, dans une impasse, place de parking privĂ©e devant la maison, pas de vis-Ă -vis, avec une belle terrasse, nous avons vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ© le calme ! DerriĂšre la maison, une aire de jeux avec terrains de basket, de foot, de tennis, de pĂ©tanque et skate parc, idĂ©al pour les ados et plus grands (et qui n'apporte aucune nuisance sonore). A 5min Ă  pied, petite supĂ©rette de dĂ©pannage, tabac presse, restaurants et office de tourisme. A 10-15min Ă  pied (ou 5 min en vĂ©lo), la plage, la boulangerie, la boucherie, la poissonnerie. Petite station balnĂ©aire idĂ©ale pour les familles cherchant le calme et le repos, parfait pour les enfants en bas Ăąge (belle plage, partie de pĂȘche dans les rochers, ...) et aussi pour les plus grands (club nautique qui offre multitude d'activitĂ©s). Bref trĂšs ressourçant, nous sommes ravis de notre sĂ©jour, belle adresse Ă  retenir !
