Super séjour

Séjour très agréable , accueil et communication parfaites. André et son épouse sont aux petits soins. L'appartement est calme en dehors de l'hyper centre et néanmoins très bien situé . Les points forts : le petit extérieur, les deux vélos adultes à disposition et les petits plus pour la plage (body surf, parasols). Nous avons effectué tous les déplacements à vélo, c'était parfait . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir . body surf et parasols

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce très joli T2, se situant dans une rue calme et proche des plages et du centre. L’appartement est fonctionnel, irréprochablement propre, et reste frais même lorsqu’il fait chaud à l’extérieur. Des vélos, ainsi qu’un siège enfant pour notre fille étaient disponibles, ce qui est très appréciable: nous avons TOUT fait à vélo! André et sa femme ont été disponibles, et nous les remercions vraiment pour ce très agréable séjour.

Hier passt alles: Lage, Umgebung und natürlich das Appartement selbst. Auch bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt haben wir genossen, dass alles vorhanden ist (inklusive Strandartikel und Spielzeug) und sich in sehr gutem Zustand befindet. Am tollsten sind aber die netten Vermieter mit ihren freundlichen Art und der reibungslosen Kommunikation. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Un bon séjour !

Nous avons été accueillis par des hôtes très sympathiques avec de très gentilles attentions. La location est celle qu’on attend puisqu’elle est très bien décrite et son emplacement est parfait. A noter que nous avons beaucoup apprécié le prêt de vélo. Nous serions prêts à revenir !

Top Unterkunft, top Gastgeber und top Umgebung

Mein Mann und ich danken Euch für den herzlichen Empfang. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt und haben unseren zweiwöchigen Sommerurlaub sehr genossen. Unsere Unterkunft machte direkt einen sehr gemütlichen und sauberen Eindruck. Es fehlte hier an nichts! Sowohl in der Küche als auch im Badezimmer waren alle Dinge vorhanden, die im Alltag benötigt werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft in jedem Fall weiter empfehlen! Un séjour parfait !

Maison de vacances idéale de part son emplacement (plage, forêt, commerces et restaurants en 10 minutes à pied tout en restant au calme) ses équipements (velos, barbecue... il ne manque rien !) sa propreté, son prix et pour couronner le tout un super accueil . Außergewöhnlich gut

Die Wohnung befindet sich in guter Lage. Es ist nur ein winziger Spaziergang bis zum Strand und gleichzeitig liegt sie nahe bei den herrlichen Pinienwäldern, durch die schöne Wanderwege führen. Das Ortszentrum erreicht man ebenfalls durch einen 15-minütigen Spaziergang, wenn man bummelt. Es ist sehr leise, abends hört man eigentlich nur die Vögel und die entfernte Brandung. Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, Staubsauger, kleines Surfbrett, doppelseitiges Klebeband, Olivenöl etc. Eigentlich braucht man nur seine Zahnbürste. Alles ist clever angeordnet, man findet sich sofort zurecht. Am Tollsten aber war das Vermieterehepaar: Freundlich, herzlich und wahnsinnig hilfsbereit. Die Tage dort bleiben uns in guter Erinnerung.

Plaisir et détente

Dès notre arrivée à Mimizan, nous avons été très bien accueillis par nos charmants hôtes, disponibles et souriants. Nous avons été séduits par le cadre de notre maison de vacances, décorée avec goût. Idéale pour quatre personnes ! Le quartier est très calme et se situe à proximité du bourg, des pistes cyclables...et de la plage ! Pas besoin de prendre la voiture ! En bref, nous sommes absolument ravis de notre séjour sur tous les plans ! Nous reviendrons certainement !

Top Lage, top Wohnung !!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Alles hat einfach gepasst. André und seine Frau sind sehr sympathische Menschen, die Brioche zum Empfang hat sehr lecker geschmeckt und das lecker Bier nach der Fahrt auch. Vielen lieben Dank, wir empfehlen die Wohnung weiter !!

Propriétaires très accueillants, joli appartement refait avec goût, agréable à vivre , impeccable et très fonctionnel, rien ne manque. Le petit jardin est un vrai plus. Situé dans une rue très calme alors que tout est à proximité à pied ( 500 m) plage, village. A recommander.

J'ai passé un super séjour à Mimizan. Hôte disponible et très agréable. Petit appartement très bien équipé pour passer de bonnes vacances. Proche de la plage et du centre ce qui permet de tout faire à vélo ou à pied. Quartier calme. J'y retournerai.

Appartement situé en rez de jardin dans une belle bâtisse L appartement est très agréable; petit mais fonctionnel et chaleureux avec un accès direct au jardinet; idéal pour une famille de 4.Il est situé dans un quartier calme proche de l océan.Nous recommandons notre hôte qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement et qui s est montré très acomodant.Sejour au top!

Location quasi parfaite

Si vous recherchez une location au calme, à 15 minutes à pied de la plage (surveillée) ou du centre de Mimizan-Plage, qui offre un confort et de belles prestations, cet appartement est celui qui vous faut. Peut-être pas de WiFi ou de lave-vaisselle, mais un petit jardin avec barbecue et des vélos entretenus (nous avons fait plus de 50 km avec en 2 semaines sur les pistes cyclables à proximité). La literie est au top et la cuisine bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles pour tout renseignement et répondent rapidement. Nous conservons cette adresse pour un probable prochain séjour.

Mimizan au mois de juillet

Semaine à Mimizan très agréable! Tout confort et idéalement situé pour profiter de la mer, des pistes cyclables et du centre-ville tout en étant au calme. Excellent accueil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
