Nice 48m2 F2 with large balcony, comfortable, very bright, classified 4 stars

I offer this pretty F2 in a quiet area close to the city center, the Allier docks and the thermal baths.
It consists of an entrance with intercom.
The kitchen is equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, tassimo, combined fridge freezer, gas hob, steam cooker, kettle, toaster, etc.),
The master bedroom has a very good quality mattress and box spring in Xl 160 * 200 format and a large wardrobe, with an adjoining bathroom with a shower.
The living room is very bright (3 French windows) opening onto a large balcony where you can have lunch.
The living room is equipped with a BZ, a 124cm LED TV and a modern dining room.
I provide you with free wifi with fiber.
All the necessary is at your disposal (towels, sheets, duvets, dishes, ....)
The parking spaces in the surrounding streets are numerous and free.
Opposite, there is a pretty wooded park (with children's playground and basketball court) and a bus line serves this beautiful district. You can also walk to Quai d Allier or bike.
I can also offer a special curist rate.
