Main room with sofa bed, comfortable armchairs, flat screen TV, dining table & 4 chairs and storage space. Alcove with fixed bed of 140 x 190 cms, wardrobe & storage space. Fully fitted kitchen with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with shower, heated towel rail and washing machine. Separate WC. Erholsamer Urlaub in toller Umgebung

Das Apartement ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche toll ausgestattet. Das Bett mit 1,40 m ein bisschen schmal, aber dafür hat man noch das ausziehbare Sofa, auf dem es sicher gut schlafen lässt. Die Lage ist super. Vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht von Cavalaire. Morgens hat man auf dem Balkon Sonne, am Nachmittag Schatten. Das hat den Vorteil, dass sich das Apartement nicht so aufheizt. Das Gebäude liegt in einer schönen und ruhigen Wohngegend. Lärm gibt es hier nicht. Die Anlage wird von Gärtner fast täglich gepflegt und in Schuss gehalten. Zum Einkaufen muss man zwar den Berg runter, aber das haben wir meistens mit dem Auto gemacht. Einziges Manko war für uns die fehlende Klimaanlage. Das wussten wir zwar, hatten aber die Hoffnung, dass es im Juni nicht ganz so heiß wird. In diesem Sommer hatte es aber ausgerechnet über 30 Grad und einen hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Man kann zwar die Fenster öffnen, das ist aber nicht zu empfehlen, da die Stechmücken sonst reinkommen. Die beiden Ventilatoren in der Wohnung haben in der Zeit gute Dienste geleistet. Dennoch kann ich diese Wohnung empfehlen. Wir haben 3 sehr schöne Wochen dort verbracht.

La bastide neuve à Cavalaire sur Mer

Vacances à la plage en famille. Depuis ce logement l'accès à la super plage de Bonporto se fait facilement en 10min par des escaliers. Et l'accès aux commerces, en moins de 10min. Tres belle expérience. Je recommande. Yannick et famille

Fantastisch

Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Kleiderschrank ist super groß. Großer Kühlschrank. Lage sehr ruhig. Man fühlt sich sehr sicher und wohl. Meerblick vom Balkon ist wunderbar. Auch bei Hitze im Sommer angenehm temperiert, auch ohne Klimaanlage.

Très beau séjour

L'appartement etait à la hauteur de nos attentes. Très propre, fonctionnel. La cuisine etait bien équipée et il y avait absolument tout le materiel pour cuisiner. Nous avions un balcon avec vue sur la mer avec le soleil du matin mais les fins de journée à l'ombre. De plus, les personnes de contact etaient facilement joignables et arrangeantes! Merci pour ce séjour à Cavalaire sur mer je recommande.

Bel appartement conforme à l'annonce, très bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Très belle petite plage à proximité malgré l'accès difficile (340 marches pour descendre et autant pour le retour)

Superbes vacances en famille :)

Nous avons séjourné à 4 dans cet appartement (2 adultes, 1 ado et 1 bébé). Le studio est très propre et agencé, dans un immeuble situé dans les hauteurs de Cavalaire-sur-Mer au calme. La vue est très appréciable. A proximité de tous commerces et plages.

Très bon séjour

très bel appartement dans un cartier calme sur les hauteurs de Cavalaire avec une jolie vue sur la baie. Stdio très propre, meublé avec gout,et bien équipé rien ne manque. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au soleil du midi et avons fait de belles balades aux alentours. Nous sommes prèts à retourner dans cette location.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön oberhalb der Stadt gelegen. Man hat vom kleinen Balkon eine tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht von Cavalaire-sur-Mer. Fußweg zum Supermarkt weniger als 10 Minuten, zum Plage de Bonporteau max. 15 Minuten. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Apartmenthaus ausreichend vorhanden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung/Küche ist gut und die Wohnung in sehr gutem Zustand. Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung wieder buchen!

Une semaine superbe à Cavalaire

Résidence calme, belle vue depuis la terrasse, appartement très bien équipé et proche des commerces et de la belle plage de Bonporteau. Si nous revenons à Cavalaire ce sera chez M. FROST sans hésitation.

Schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Résidence calme. Appartement fonctionnel bien situé.tt peut se faire à pied si vs aimez les marches

Bon séjour. Residence calme dans les hauteurs de cavalaire.plusieurs types de plages à proximité. Du balcon, belle vue sur le port et la baie. 1km du plein centre en prenant les marches. Supermarché à 2 minutes en voiture.
