About this property

Charming apartment located in the heights of the town of Marin. Our apartment will seduce you with its chic vintage style and its panoramic view of Marin Bay. Close to beaches, shops and nightlife, the apartment is ideal for two couples, or a family with two children.

The accommodation consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms with their respective shower rooms, a large living room facing the sea and a functional kitchen also overlooking a magnificent view mixing nature and sea.

Travelers can access the fruit garden, some sports equipment and have barbecue facilities.

The Duprey district, fishermen's district, is relatively quiet.
The “Duquesnay” or “Petit Ilet Duprey” islet to visit!

I like to give travelers their privacy while staying at their disposal during the stay. I am always delighted to be able to help you.

Séjour agréable

Le logement offre un panorama extraordinaire sur la baie du Marin. Accueil courtois, réponse rapide aux petites imperfections du logement. Wi-Fi performant. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'offre de location de voiture et Anne-Emmanuelle et Marcel ont été très accommodants à ce sujet. Bien situé pour rayonner dans le sud de l'île. A noter que le logement surplombe la Nationale. Sincèrement, nous en sommes venus à ne plus entendre la circulation mais des personnes au sommeil léger pourraient être incommodées. Merci à nos hôtes, ce fut une belle rencontre!

Quartier bruyant

Si l'appartement ressemblé bien aux photos, il était indiqué quartier calme . En réalité la terrasse donnée sur la nationale hyper fréquentée et bruyante. De plus beaucoup de suspicion de la part de l'Hôte sur notre comportement vis à vis du matériel.

Belle villa , vue magnifique , hôtes bienveillants.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans la villa de Betty et Marcel et nous sommes enchantés. L’accès à la villa est un peu pentu mais vous arrivez sur un point de vue magnifique sur la baie du Marin .L’appartement en parfait état vous fait profiter de ce tableau sur la mer qui évolue suivant la position du soleil ☀️ superbe! Nos hôtes Betty et Marcel ont su répondre à toutes nos attentes . Les équipements Spa, baby foot, télés wifi etc .. sont très nombreux et en parfait état de fonctionnement. Nous louons souvent pour nos vacances, et nous pensons que c’est une des prestations les plus abouties que nous ayons eu.
