This fully furnished Beachfront condo is located in beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort! This property is a 1 bedroom 2 bath deluxe and has been updated with New: Ceramic Tile floors, Woodwork, Paint, Furniture, Lighting, Appliances, & Décor. Balcony leads to living room & master suite which overlooks the Beautifully Landscaped, Popular Lagoon Pool and the Beach. The master has 2 NEW Queen beds & a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and 2 FULL Bathrooms Sleeps 4-6 comfortably! **Must be 25 years of age or older to reserve and Occupy!
Edgewater is one of the finest full service beach resorts in PCB, on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Exclusive amenities include 11,800 sq.ft. lagoon Pool with waterfalls & tropical landscaping, 9 heated pools(seasonal), 4 hot tubs, Peak Season Pool side activities/live music, Pizza Shack, Ocean's full service restaurant & bar, Edgie's/Starbucks Coffee Shop/Ice Cream Parlor, Spa, Fitness Center, Pro Shop, Executive 9 hole Golf Course, & 11 lighted Tennis/Basketball courts. Free Access to Sports Courts and Fitness Center. Equipment Rental and 9 Hole Golf Course are additional cost.
**Resort Fee/Guest Registration of $50 is paid one time regardless of the length of stay, # of guests and if no vehicle will be accessing/parking on property. Link will be provided after booking to access this Registration site. This fee covers ALL parties of the reservation which coincide with the number of people the property sleeps and includes 1 vehicle pass. 2nd Resort access vehicle pass: $30; 3rd Resort access vehicle pass: $50. Motorcycles (during non-Bike weeks): $20 each. RVs/trailers/any pull-behind: $40/week during non-Bike weeks and only allowed through the months of Sept though May.**
Cancellation Policy: 20% due at booking; remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. If canceling outside of the 30 days prior to check in, the Initial Down Payment of Reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. In many cases, IF the property is re-reserved for the same dates at the same rate as the cancelled reservation we work with our customers on a partial refund of the 20% down payment.
If canceling within the 30 days of check in, the TOTAL balance is NON-REFUNDABLE. Purchasing Travel Insurance would provide peace of mind in the instance that the reservation will be cancelled within the 30 day payment window or in the event of a major weather event such as a Hurricane. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance if there are concerns about loss of job, sick kids, named storms or the potential of a death in the family.

Spring break with grandkids

Great location, clean condo, second floor perfect. Beds were comfy. Heated pool at Tower Two. Lagoon pool was not heated although brave grandkids explored one sunny day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us (myself, my husband, and our 1.5 year old son). We were here for the Ironman triathalon and our room was right above the finish line. Plus we had a stunning ocean view off our balcony! I would highly recommend this condo to smaller families or groups of friends.

Nice Little Break after the Holidays

We live in Michigan and it gets pretty gloomy in Dec & Jan. We enjoyed the resort amenities, the view of the ocean, and the many pools. We soaked in a lot of sunshine and made some good memories. All of the employees were nice & helpful. I'd stay again :-)

Great Time!

The unit was very clean and nice balcony view. I could watch my teenagers at the pool from the balcony, which was very convenient. Check in and check out was very simple. The resort has alot of amenities and staff was always very nice and accommodating! 5 stars! We plan to go back next year!

This property was fantastic for the price. I loved the low story and the beachfront view.

The condo was clean and pretty updated. The resort is great with lots to do without ever getting in your vehicle, which is a huge plus because there's a ton of road construction going on this summer. The only reason I didn't give the property 5 stars is because it's a tiny bit dated, but considering that it's located in the older part of town, it's very nice! I would definitely recommend to a friend.

We very much enjoyed out stay although there were some construction work in the room above us. They did try to be considerate once they knew we were there. Otherwise, it was very nice, great view of the Gulf, beautiful beach and pool area!!
