Great house in quiet and nice area

We had a really nice time, very warm welcome and super friendly introduction and support from Fani and her family. The house is very well equipped, we missed nothing. We will come back… ☺️

Das Objekt sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern, die Sauberkeit war hervorragend und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Insgesamt gab es nichts zu bemängelnd und alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

sehr schöne, tadellos saubere Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Roupes. Das Haus liegt etwas im Hinterland, was einen traumhaften Blick auf die Landschaft und das Meer ermöglicht. Mit drei erwachsenen Kindern hatten wir reichlich Platz im und um das Haus. Waschmaschine und Trockner standen zur Verfügung, zur Begrüßung ein kleiner Geschenkekorb, im angrenzenden Garten konnten wir Khaki und Granatäpfel pflücken. Das Haus wurde jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt. Einziger Wermutstropfen: wir hatten aufgrund der Ausrichtung Richtung Norden nur wenig Sonne am Pool (wir waren Anfang Oktober dort), allerdings gibt es einen sehr schönen möblierten Südbalkon.

Luxury villa with stunning views & sunsets

Very well equipped with fresh vegetables from their garden. Lovely garden. Bicycles provided. Host was wonderful. Location up in the hills so suits families who don’t mind a little bit of cloud.

Memorable stay at Roupes Villas

We had an incredible few days at Roupes Villas. Sandra is a lovely and welcoming host and made sure we were well looked after from start to end of the trip. The villa itself is beautiful, cosy, pool is clean with plenty of communal space. The only thing I would say would be to add an extra sofa in the lounge and maybe have one extra toilet. Other than that, we had a great time and hope to visit again! Thank you for your kind hospitality!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cett

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette magnifique villa très propre et très au calme (aucun passage de véhicules) entourée d'oliviers avec une vue splendide sur la mer. Il faut ajouter que l'accueil est exceptionnel nous avons même eu droit à notre arrivée tardive à des produits nous permettant de prendre notre petit déjeuner. Le ménage est effectué tous les 2/3 jours avec changements des draps et du linge de maison. Enfin c'était parfait et conseillons cette location sans problème.

Fantastic 135 sq.m. villa located in heart of Crete, in Roupes picturesque village, ideally for scenic drives, & excursions. Perfectly located at the foot of Crete’s highest mountain range Psiloritis, with stunning panoramic views of Crete’s northern coastline and breathtaking views of the landscape. Ideally located in the center of the island, it serves as a perfect base from which the main attractions Crete has to offer can easily be reached. Rethymno town is easy to reach, being only 18km from Roupes. It is about a 15-minute drive along the highway to reach the town center.

This area itself is famous for its archaeology and nearby you will find the Ancient site of Eleftherna and the infamous Arkadi Monastery. The surrounding area is of magnificent natural beauty and you are within 10 minutes' driving distance to the golden sandy beach. Mountain bikes are available for your use and the area is perfect for exploring on foot and discovering the Cretan lifestyle and traditions you will come across in the nearby rural villages. A laptop is at your disposal with a fast internet connection.
