Beautiful apartment located 5 minutes from Trocadéro. Very quiet, it is located on a courtyard on the second floor with elevator, in a very beautiful “Art Deco” building.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with American bar, a living room with a sofa bed (double bed), two bedrooms, one with a double bed 140x200, and the second with a single bed 80x200, a bathroom with a shower, separate WC, and lots of wardrobes.
The ideally located apartment will allow you to discover Paris or to stay there for a professional stay.
Less than 500 meters from the famous rue de la Pompe and rue de Passy (one of the most commercial arteries in the 16th arrondissement), your pied-à-terre is in a place that is both residential chic and very commercial.

Great location, mediocre amenities

The apartment is in a great location with lots of wonderful restaurants, sights and metro stops within walking distance. The amenities are less than sufficient. I stayed here for a month and was given one towel, one set of sheets etc. which means I had to stress about doing laundry in the morning so things could hang dry before evening (no dryer in the apartment despite what the listing says). The beds are terrible and I had to go out and buy pillows because I had back pain from the set up. Given the cost, I think a few more amenities would be expected. The host also seemed stressed by key drop off and pick ups and had several communications trying to figure that out. They do not have any automated systems in place.

perfectly arranged apartment

I loved staying here. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and a quiet building that is quite close to the métro. The apartment has great storage and is arranged to feel bigger than it is. The owner, Sofia, was very nice and responsive.

Great apartment in Paris.

Charming building with a jump seat in the elevator. Nice touch. The space is well lit, clean, with the amenities I wanted especially the washer-dryer. I enjoyed my stay. I hope I can return next year.
