Our cottage is for 4 people and with two bedrooms. Detached stone house completely renovated on a vineyard located on the heights of Renaison, in the heart of the Roanne Coast.

Rental conditions
Weekly rental from Saturday at 4pm to the following Saturday at 10am.
Rental on weekends in low and middle season.
Reservations are made by phone or email.
The owner sends to the lessor the 2 copies of the contract initialed and signed by him. The latter must return a copy also initialed and signed accompanied by a deposit (check or transfer) representing 30% of the cost of the rental.
The balance of the payment is paid at the latest at the time of handing over the keys.
A deposit check is requested upon entry into the premises.
The owner also receives the tourist tax
