Equestrian home / 3 bedroom house in the Loire Valley.
House / equestrian cottage in the countryside at the end of the owners' courtyard with usable riding career (under conditions) nearby. Ideal for six people and a baby.
Quiet environment.
House equidistant from Le Mans, Angers and Tours. Ideal location to visit the surroundings. The Zoo de la Flèche is 30mns away and the Le Mans circuit is 45mns away.
Room of life in RDC and TOILET. Washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker and fridge-freezer equip the kitchen. Electric heating throughout the house and dry towel in the bathroom.
Baby equipment available: cot with mattress, high chair and for the older a bed barrier.
1st floor: three bedrooms and a bathroom. A large room with a double bed (140 by 190), a room with two beds of 90 and a last smaller room of 9M2 with a double bed of 130.
Adjoining garden not enclosed and car parking.
