Large and beautiful villa clad in wood with heated swimming pool and large terraces, one covered, between the basin and the ocean (accessible on foot). Cap Ferret market accessible in less than 10 minutes by the (secure) cycle path.

5 bedrooms, large fitted kitchen, large living room, tv lounge, fireplace, garden, terrace, all modern comforts with the charm of Cap Ferret.

Quiet and very well equipped, everything to have a good time with family or friends.

Wonderful villa!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family holiday of three generations. The communal spaces and pool were excellent and the house is incredibly well equipped. The location is also amazing - close to the cycle path, beaches and the centre of Cap Ferret. We will certainly think about booking again in the future.

Nous avons été accueilli par VIANNEY qui a été au petits soins avec nous. Il s’est rendu très disponible et a répondu à toutes nos questions. Nous le remercions pour sa bonne humeur et son humour. La villa est conforme à la description des propriétaires. Le soleil était au RDV pour cette belle semaine de Mai 2024. Nous avons déjà hâte de revenir !!! 8 gentils Bretons ! ☺️😉

Séjour familial

Arrivée ponctuelle des gérants, maison d’apparence parfaite mais: la propreté laissait à désirer (pour des enfants en bas âge qui jouent par terre par exemple…), équipements bas de gamme,les SDB pas pratiques et vieillotes, un escalier très raide impraticable pour des enfants, la piscine n’a pas dépassé les 21•c, terrasses en bois avec échardes, ….donc nous avons été déçu. Et comble de malchance des travaux en face qui faisaient du bruit dès 8h30 jusqu’à 16h30 sans interruption. Impossible de faire des courses sans moyen de transport : voiture ou vélo sont nécessaires. En conclusion tous les ingrédients n’étaient pas réunis pour des vacances de rêve malgré le budget conséquent,mais la région magnifique nous a permis de relativiser.

Semaine parfaite

La maison est très bien située, à quelques minutes du centre de Cap Ferret et des autres villages comme l'herbe et le Canon, accès facile à la piste cyclable. Maison très bien équipée. Jolie piscine et jardin. Ping-pong et babyfoot très appréciés. Notre hôte Vianney était tout aussi parfait pour nous venir en aide quand nous en avons besoin.

Mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Haus mit allem nur Erdenklichen, was man brauchen könnte. herlich die überdachte Terrasse, wo man bei jedem Wetter an dem großen Tisch sitzen kann. Belle maison de famille

Nous avons séjourné dans la villa Sibore pendant une semaine au mois d'octobre 2019. A notre arrivée (tardive) la maison était éclairée, un feu de cheminée, une bourriche d'huîtres et une bouteille de vin nous attendaient (merci Vianney). Les propriétaires et le gérant sont des gens très agréables et prévenants; La maison est très bien située et tout près de toutes les commodités ainsi que de la nature (bassin, forêt et océan); la décoration est de bon goût et sobre et l'équipement complet. C'est le paradis des enfants qui disposent d'une belle piscine, d'un babyfoot et d'une table de ping pong; Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et avons apprécié la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Vianney. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. A S

Grosszügiges Haus mit geheiztem Pool

Exzellente Location, grosszügiges Haus mit umfangreicher Ausstattung. Bietet auch innen genug Platz bei Regentagen. Pool im September warm genug trotz schlechtem Wetter dass Kinder täglich mehrere Stunden darin verbringen konnten. Poolbereich absperrbar, Pool mit Alarm, so dass das Haus auch mit kleineren Kindern gut empfohlen werden kann. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Juste génial et tellement agréable ...

Un vrai moment de détente dans cette villa oú nous avons trouvé tout le confort d'une vraie maison familiale! Rien ne manquait, aussi bien pour les grands comme pour les petits. Nous avons passé une semaine à profiter du coin mais aussi de la piscine, babyfoot, ping pong mais surtout à partager de vrais moments de repas en famille, avec une cuisine spacieuse permettant de cuisiner à plusieurs, d'une grande terrasse pour les petits déjeuners comme pour les repas. Bref une très belle villa avec beaucoup de charme, un accueil plus qu'agréable, un propriétaire des lieux très sympathique. À recommander sans hésitation 😉
