Music City Haven in East Nashville

Enjoy the comforts of home in Nashville! We are located in the hip & trendy East Nashville area just a few miles from Five Points and downtown. This is a 4 bedroom 2 bath home. The master bedroom has an on-suite bathroom, desk, tv, and queen bed.
The back bedroom has a king bed. The third bedroom has a queen. The fourth bedroom has been converted into a living room but it has 2 sleeping couches.
We know you'll love it and have everything you could imagine! Our Nashville short-term rental permit number is in our photos.

Welcome to Music City Haven! We plan to give you 5 stars and hope you'll do the same. We simply ask you to follow our house rules and read this manual to better prepare for your stay.

There is a neighborhood black cat who is very friendly and may visit your porch. Be kind to the kitty please.

Your entrance is the main front entrance of the house. We do NOT Lock the metal storm door and ask that you keep this unlocked.

We will send your check-in code the day before your arrival but please do not check-in or stop by before the check-in time which is 4 pm. If you require an earlier check-in let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Message us to let us know that you have arrived and when you check out, please. We'd also like to know your plans for when you plan to check out ahead of time so that we can coordinate the cleaners.

Park your car all the way to the front of the driveway so a second car can come and go on the lawn space.

We ask that you remove your shoes when you arrive in the entry room. We have a shoe bench right by the front door when you come in.

The security light runs from sunset to sunrise. Please communicate anything that may need our attention so that we can help make it your best stay.

PLEASE DO NOT put food or food waste down the toilet or sink. Throw it in the BROWN trash bin outside (not the green recycling bin).

If you have trash that won't fit in the cans in the rooms you may place trash in the BROWN bin outside the door. The green bin is recycling only so please do not put any garbage in that bin (the top of the bin says what is ok and not ok to put in it).

Our drains are older so please be conscious of your hair and pull it from the drain if you shed.

When you check out please place all dirty towels on the floor. Don't worry about the bedding. We will wash the pillowcases, sheets, and comforter when you check out. If you have laundry to do there is a coin-operated laundromat on Trinity just down the road.

NO smoking or vaping anything inside the house. And please do not litter cigarette butts or throw hot ones in the trash. We recommend bringing a water bottle with water in it to use as an ashtray when you go outside to smoke but please go further out to the driveway (but not in the street) so smoke doesn't get in the house AND please watch for cars of course.

Keep the thermostat between 68 and 74 degrees to avoid excessive energy use. We are happy to provide an extra fan or heater if you need one though the house gets nice and cool/warm when set correctly.
