About this property

Large new chalet in the center of Deux Alpes - indoor pool and hammam

Our project was to transform the old school of the 2 Alps located at the foot of the slopes into 2 luxury semi-detached chalets. Our chalet "Le Préau" is located on the right side of the photo.
The work ended in December 2018, and we welcomed our first guests in February 2019.

• IDEALLY LOCATED in the center of Les Deux Alpes resort at the foot of the slopes; ski lifts, ski schools, tourist office, restaurants, shops and supermarket in the immediate vicinity
• 6 BEDROOMS (15 PEOPLE) with adjoining bathroom / WC
• Heated INDOOR POOL (private) with hammam and Italian shower
• LARGE TERRACE on the R + 1 facing south + GARDEN in the DRC
• CLOSED GARAGE for 1 car, bikes etc., and 3 private outdoor parking lots

• KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating
• DINING ROOM: Large wooden table for 16 people, underfloor heating
• LIVING ROOM: 1 large corner sofa and armchairs, large wood-burning fireplace, 55 '' flat screen TV Orange TV + Freeview, SONOS system music, underfloor heating
• BATHROOMS: 5 en-suite bathrooms, each with shower or bath, sink, and WC
• WC: 1 additional WC / sink on the ground floor
• BEDROOMS 1 & 2: Master bedroom, 1 double bed 160x200 cm & an independent sleeping area with 2 bunk beds 80x190 cm, adjoining bathroom (sink / walk-in shower) & WC, TV, underfloor heating
