Preparing delicious meals will be a breeze in the well-equipped kitchen. Brew a cup of coffee or mix up a cocktail and enjoy sitting on the private balcony. This home is located in the High Pointe Resort complex and offers tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and a children's playground. The lagoon-style pool is perfect for lounging by the pool or cooling off after a day at the beach. The white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are easily accessible via the resorts private beach access. Shop the many stores and galleries that are located on 30A that are all within a short drive and many within walking distance.

The location is fabulous. The stove doesn’t work it’s electric from the 80s and the eyes don’t work evenly. The bunk beds were so low on the bottom my teenagers couldn’t sleep in them. The remote controls didn’t work and some were missing batteries it took two days For maintenance to come since they are so booked up because of corona virus. This place just needs some love and tending to.

Great location; functional but “tired” property

We’ve stayed at this particular development before in a different condo unit. The difference between the previous condo unit and this one is stark. Whereas the previous condo was in great condition, this one is very tired and needs some attention. We got word via an earlier review that the dishwasher had a broken dish holder tray and that the fridge was missing a shelf. The dishwasher was not missing a tray when we arrived but the unit itself broke! This caused some minor water intrusion to the unit below ours and rendered the dishwasher unusable for the remaing 4 days of our trip. Vacasa did fairly compensate us for having no dishwasher. The fridge was still missing a shelf but it worked fine. Dishes and Cookware were highlights as everything seemed newer and clean. This property was perfectly fine in terms of functionality with the exception of the broken dishwasher. However, the entire unit shows heavy rental use in each room. We paid about the same as we paid for the much nicer unit a few years ago, and that’s the part that rubbed us the wrong way. It’s not worth the asking price and had we known the condition of the place prior to going, we would not have rented it. We won’t be renting this unit ever again-would much rather pay more for a really nice rental condo.

Nice View. Horribly dirty, worn and terribly furnished.

Have rented ~ 15 times at Highpointe over 20 years. This was the only disappointing unit. * Filthy floors with multiple cracked and dirty tiles in kitchen. * Sandy and dirty (turned feet black) floors upon arrival. * Inexplicably, the Master Bedroom closet was locked....who does this without making renters aware? * Filthy floorboards throughout. * Terribly old, dirty, mismatched furniture/lamps/lights. * No broom to be found. * Clothes dryer is rusted on the top surface. * Plastic hamper held together w/ gray duct tape. Really. * Dishwasher inoperable (in fairness, I was notified about this 2 days before check-in....but no follow up calls as promised, twice, about "go or no go" on installation of new unit). * TV mount on bedroom wall with no TV...nice look. * Bare drape rod/brackets over couch with ridiculously small garage sale type piece of "art" over couch. * Hodge podge of mismatched, dirty, old furniture and what appears to be a Goodwill store run for the mismatched lamps, different voltage bulbs in dining room and strangely placed, huge floor plant to right of the TV. * Previous guests' clothes left in top drawer of entrance bedroom. * Many better options at Highpointe in same price range. * Clearly no effort at this unit to update to even a basic standard. Very disappointing.

Awful condo

We love the location we love the beach Vaca did a great job. The unit we stayed in was awful. Not clean, the owner locked three of the main closets. The refrigerator door was completely broken, the dishwasher top shelf was broken. No vacuum cleaner the deck was sticky with ants one of the beds had sand in it. The kitchen floor had several broken tiles and stains on the floor. High Point unit 3235.

Renter Beware

Embarrassing on so many fronts. Will try to be brief but below are some highlights. Worth noting upfront that we had access to two other units within the complex and the condition of ours was literally a joke among the group the entire week. Have probably been down 25 - 30 times in last 20 years with pretty much only positive things to say, so we’re qualified to write a bad review. • Filthy condition and see this is noted elsewhere. Had to request the unit be cleaned again as soon as we arrived. Had to bath two young daughters in tubs that were upsettingly gross upon arrival. Will leave at that. • Not a single carpet, floor mat, or rug in the entire apartment including inside of the entrance. Dirt by default gets everywhere (even if it was from the feet of the people there the week before you...). Our feet were visibly dirty after about one minute of walking around. Had to wash our feet before getting into bed and even before leaving the apartment (so we wouldn't step in others' after walking over in sandals). Cleaners did come back out which helped. • Zero wall furnishings in master and bunk room save for a dinner plate sized wall clock and single modest mirror in master. Guess there is abandoned TV mount in bunk room, so perhaps that counts. In third guest room, curtains had either mold or material vomit stains. In general, walls were dinged up, floor tiles damaged, and very old Spartan furniture. Felt like going to my great grandmothers home about 30 years ago. Fine for a discounted place but remember the other condos in the complex are renting for the same price... • WiFi didn’t work the entire stay despite a trip by provider the day before the left. Wife and I have Verizon and it extremely light reception with respect to internet and borderline impossible to hotspot, so had to go to our friends place to get it. Apparently long term issue as there is a review on this in later 2020. • Multiple closets locked including the master for owners stuff. You have an over the door hanger (two hooks about an inch or two apart) for the master. Hope you can fold your clothes. Awesome complex but horrible condo. Avoid this place. Expect to get sympathy on the phone and over text with management but not much more during your stay.

Great location but condo had some issues

We vacation here every year. We love this condo and its location. This was our first time staying in this particular unit, and we were a little disappointed. The Internet seem to have a poor connection that glitched out frequently. The master room closet door was locked, so we had no place to hang hanging clothes in the master. Another guestroom closet had a lot of stuff in it which didn’t leave a lot of room for hanging clothes either. When we arrived at 4:30, which was 30 minutes after our check in time, our unit was still being cleaned. There were also lots of scuff marks on the walls that just made the whole place feel like it needed a good deep clean.

Place was great fit for our family and friends. Awesome location with beach access. Great kitchen, well stocked. Not 5 stars as place just needs a little love fixing up a few things, but nothing that detracted from the visit. Would recommend and we will be back.

Super Nice!

We loved the convenience of having shops and restaurants right across the street! We drove to Panama City and Destin during our stay. Everything was so close it made it easy to have so many great adventures! The condo was very nice and homey and quiet! We initially had a little trouble with all the gates and all the different codes. We did appreciate the security for our safety though. It was a beautiful beach. The first day we went to the beach we had brought and umbrella and chairs and then realized you can rent chairs and an umbrella easily so that is what we did the rest of the week. We grilled out on one of the charcoal bbqs one night, which was nice. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Location and Condo

This is a great condo. It is spacious and very comfortable ! When we arrived it was very clean and inviting with lights on etc. The balcony with view to the pool and sea is great. The kids loved the pool and it is only a couple of minutes to the beach. The restaurant ( Crabby Steve's ) is well worth a visit. Overall, a really good place to stay ! Highly recommended ! Make sure you get both codes for the front gates. The coded for the car entry and the pedestrian entry is different. Also, two chairs on the beach are included with the unit ! Make sure you ask as they are super expensive if you pay !! Just ask the guy handling the beach chairs. Enjoy !

Great Location and Condo

This is a great condo ! It is spacious and comfortable ! The balcony has a nice view onto the pool and towards the ocean. Access to the pool and the beach is very convenient and takes just a few minutes. There are plenty of restaurants close by and a few grocery stores within a 10 minute drive. Highly recommended !
