It was so convenient to downtown for restaurants, which is so nice that you did not have to drive anywhere to get food.There was a lot of construction in the area, but that is not the fault of the renters, it was still easy enough to get around.Would definitely stay there again.And the response time from the renters was amazing! We totally enjoyed hanging out together downstairs with the fireplace going and plenty of space. Kichen is spacious and well stocked. Handy to Fort Collins and to beautiful Ellis Ranch in Loveland, where we attended a family wedding. The Mishawaka is also an easy drive away

Our family of 4 stayed here for my daughter's softball tournament. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was incredibly clean, plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids, and it was within walking distance to lots of restaurants and attractions in downtown Loveland. We've stayed a lot of places and this little quaint little house was one of our very favorites. We had a small issue with the air conditioning during our stay and management was very easy to reach and it was fixed quickly. The kitchen was stocked well and thankfully, there was a washer and dryer in the basement. I would highly recommend staying here and if we're ever coming back, we'll definitely be booking again.
