25 m² studio in a secure residence, 2 minutes walk from the beach and close to shops and restaurants.
The studio consists of a large living room, with a large bed and a sitting area; a kitchenette, and a large separate bathroom equipped with a washing machine. A loggia allows you to take your meals outside.
Local shops within walking distance, 5 mins: bakery, pharmacy, doctor's office, convenience store, pizzeria, restaurants.
The Bas du Fort shopping center, less than 1 km away, offers a hypermarket and a small shopping mall.
In the center of the island, you thus have the possibility of rapidly shining on Basse Terre as on Grande Terre. The beach at the Fleur d Epée hotel is accessible to the public 100 meters away, just opposite the residence. The beaches of Gosier and Sainte-Anne can be reached in 10 to 20 minutes by car.
The Pointe-à-Pitre / Gosier Marina, the main place for nightly entertainment, is a few minutes by car.
